Great location. Room was on smaller side and had minimal decoration but was very functional, comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful.

Everything was simply perfect. Our hosts were very nice and kind people. The location is amazing - right at the city center. The room is very clean- spacious and with amazing view. Overall we wish we could stay more.

The bed mattress needs a change

The location is quite nice, just a few minutes from the main square and the train station. The staff answers promptly through whatsapp. When we walked in the room the window was open and it was freezing inside. After many attempts we realized the heater was broken, we communicated with the staff and the guy came to have a look. After almost an hour of back and forth, he realized the heater was broken and just said there is nothing he can do, he just increased the temperature of the central air flow and the room got warm, but it was too warm then. Although I thought I paid for a room with a heater where I could control the temperature, it ended up not being the case and the hotel did absolutely nothing to make up for it. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room had a lot of wear marks with marks on the walls, and the breakfast staff was most of the time very rude. They also only sent me my guest card at 9am the day after I checked in when I had already bought a train ticket that would have been free with the guest card.

We didn't realize that there was an elevator (lift) on the first floor.when we first arrived, so we carried all our luggage up four floors. A note to guests about the elevator would be very useful.

Bad smell when we got there, most probably from the pipes in the bathroom. Just a few options for the breakfast, and I am not that picky.

owner responds very fast to SMS/whatsapp and helpful hotel is centrally located a bit noisy at night (drunk people in the neighborhood) as its very central

The location. You find yourself in a picturesque historic center. The architecutre is overwhelming. Plus there is a lot to do in or around the city. The sauna is a cherry on a cake after wandering all day

Beds were a little small

Breakfast is good. The room is really clean. Just a bit hard to find parking nearby, but this has absolutely nothing to do with the room.

Noise untill 4 AM in front of the building

A beautifully and modernly furnished apartment that makes you feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent – close to all major attractions, yet in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and ready to help with any questions. I highly recommend it and would gladly return! Eve?ything was great!
