Nothing Everything. The place was smelling of smoke and toilet. The room was hot like a sauna and the property said at first that it was not possible to switch off the radiator because the system was centralised so we had to sleep with open windows and all the noises from the street. The door has a handle that wasn’t working properly so in order to have a close door I had to slam the door. The locker of the elevator’s key wasn’t working thus we had to take the stairs with all the luggage, again the property said that it was normal and I could force the locker in order to open it. We left after the first night because we didn’t feel comfortable and the property refused to refund us. Basically a nightmare!

The best thing that happened to me in Trento was a spontaneous decision to visit! After booking my room, the team contacted me to inform me of an issue with the room I had selected. To my surprise, they upgraded my room at no additional cost. I arrived exhausted at 11:00 PM, but the self-check-in process was incredibly easy. The real surprise? The upgraded room came with a lovely Jacuzzi! It was absolutely worth it—an amazing room and a perfect night.

The location, not safe, trying to gain entry was a disaster, with different WhatsApp videos etc, finally did gain entry to building after an hour lost, codes to each room did not work

Proximity to old town good, actual location felt unsafe Bed was as hard as concrete. The amount of security pads and steel doors did not make us feel safe. the actual door handles were loose, a light fitting was hanging down out of the ceiling, the smell from the water pipes waa disgusting. The parking ticket did not work when we went to pay. Asked for a coffee cup, as it was missing from the room, from host and it never arrived.

The location is unsafe, full of drug dealers that fight among them right below the hotel windows. It is very hard to find the entrance. There's always a bad smell in the bathroom.

Proximity to the train station is very convenient. Check in process was strange and felt sketchy, but the directions via video did explain it fairly well. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke, sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty, everything was falling apart. People were very loud on the street below the whole night. Half of all lights in the room were out, and there is one very bright light on a motion sensor at the entry, so if your partner gets up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the light turns on over the whole room (this part is just a comically bad touch).

Location I was a solo female traveller so felt a little uncomfortable with the undesirables that seemed to gravitate underneath this building but if you an ignore that than it is fine.

Traveled for business and stayed for two nights. Close to the old town and the railway station - but in Trento, everything is quite close. Liked the location anyway. To get inside one might have to remember quite a long code for the door, but it works fine and gives the good feeling that it is impossible to miss the key. All necessary information is provided via Whatapp, which is good for people from within Europe, but might be a challenge for guests without a European SIM. No shower gel, although announced in the description. The facility was okay but could be a bit cleaner, though. The table in the room was much smaller than in the photos, which made it a bit hard to use the room for work I needed to do. The bottle of water, mentioned in other recommendations is a part of the price list for the mini bar. One might pay attention to this detail.

Apartments near train station. Check in without host was easy and clear. In the bathroom we found shower gel, lotion for body and sets of toothbtushes/tooth paste. Bed linen was white and good quality. Bathroom was clean and bright, sure enough light). There was no wine opener. There is written, that we can use mini bar for extra charge, but not all snacks were in the fridge and on it. We didn't take anything, but there was an empty box of nuts left on the fridge. TV was missing some device for using Netflix.

Very easy system by code to get in the room. Extra toothbrush, I just lost mine. Coffee/tea facility. Especially soms serious safety issues: Glass window broken in the starecase with loose sharp pieces, this should be immediately fixed or by woodboard!! Glass door at the shower is loose on top, may fall at al time. In the hallway there are loose ceiling tiles with electricity wires sticking out. Small place. Entrance via dirty backalley.
