House of Trento - NO Reception

The place was generally quiet but my room was close to the common space and it was not too soundproof, I could hear people talking, especially during the morning.

Excellent location within a few minutes walk to the main square. The housekeeper was lovely and the common areas were always very clean. Spacious kitchen area with free coffee, which was great. Self-check-in process was efficient with a video provided. Very poor wifi quality. The staff did try resetting it but it didn't improve. This caused problems with video-calls for work. I had to hot spot from my phone and all worked fine so it wasn't my devices. So it's not a good option if will be important for you.

The overall safety is very good. There are multiple protective doors. Breakfast is rich. Breakfast service is very good. You can help make coffee. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the bedroom floor is old. If the floor can be updated, the experience will be better,

I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hostel. First and foremost, because of its excellent location – everything is close by: a 5-minute walk to the train and bus stations, a 5-minute walk to the city center, and just 2 minutes to a grocery store. The hostel is clean, with delicious breakfasts prepared daily, wonderful Italian coffee, and excellent communication with the property manager. Thank you very much, and we will definitely come back in the summer!

It was close to our bus drop off and close to the Trento main train station. There was a beautiful park across the street with a nice cafe for when we wake up have our morning espresso or cappuccino and sit and just enjoy the start of the day.

The location was perfect to access the train station & the apartment was clean, comfortable & we'll supplied

Breakfast was great and Angela was very helpful! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The room could get noisy at night due to being close to some bars and a main street, but when you stay central this is to be expected.

It is like staying at home with some relatives. The system is so secure and the info was provided impressively. The house manager, Angela, she was so sweet and nice. I love that they have a coffee machine and fridge to store your food or anything else. additionally, there is a microwave in the kitchen, and the location is great, just a 5 min walk from the main train station. The beds are comfy and there is also a nice fan and tv in the room. Also I love the fact that they have different options for breakfast, like cereal, milk, Muesli, Joghurt, etc., Also, clean toilets, and very nice. All in all we loved it. Would definitely book again. The wifi was a little slow and could have been better.

I had read many reviews complaining about breakfast, but I think it was a very decent breakfast (bread, pastry, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, egg etc) especially considering it was included in the price of the room I find it weird that the "tassa di soggiorno" of 1.50 EUR can only be paid by cash. The room with shared bathroom does not have a private sink and this was not clear to me before I arrived

the location of the accommodation was very good, and the flat was modern, clean! And the housekeeper was a fantastic, helpful, friendly woman and provided great security. the access guide did not arrive before the journey and had to be arranged in the staircase. But the telephone assistant was super nice and helpful!! With great patience! :)
