Cleaness and location Nothing

Classic grand hotel. Nicely appointed. Big rooms. Near train and Centro Light and temp control in rooms is way too much superfluous and useless. Room never got cool. TV remote didn’t work. Called desk and tech said TV was not plugged in and he smelled. I guess I figured that wasn’t my job to resolve. The clerk who checked us out looked like he had been there all night (deshevilled) and my breath almost knocked me out. Great hotel. It’s the details that made it so miss the mark.

Easy walk from the train station, great room and breakfast. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is right at the old town. Nothing

Wonderful grand hotel with excellent accommodations and an outstanding location. Loved my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, and we liked the parking garage. The room was comfortable though somewhat cramped and lacking in electrical plugs. Breakfast was good, other than the terrible coffee. The hotel should do better for coffee. Our room advertised a coffee/tea maker, and the hotel’s responses (a few months ago) to previous comments said they were working on getting coffee makers in all rooms, so we assumed there would be a coffee maker. We had a tea kettle and one package of instant coffee (and one package of decaf instant). The coffee in the breakfast room was terrible, and we were told that espresso from the bar was not included with our breakfast package. Very disappointing. We paid enough for the rooms with breakfast that they should be providing good coffee. This is Italy after all. I asked the bar for some milk to put in coffee that I made with my own supplies in the room. They told me there were some capsules of creamer in the room (there weren’t) and they charged me 3 euros for a small glass of milk. There is a Nespresso store a block away from the hotel - they should buy Nespresso machines for all the rooms.

Good location, with parking. Nice, "Old World" atmosphere No gym, the breakfast manager was very rude.

Excellent staff, well-maintained, superb breakfast, prime location, gorgeous hotel. I cannot think of a single thing to criticize. I would definitely stay here again. Learning how to use the panel that controlled the lights and thermostat was rather confusing.

The property was well located and a fair price with a good breakfast.

The location was perfect! Very good breakfast and the staff were nice. I don’t understand how one very nice hotel like this don’t have a frigobar and kettle in the room.
-
They arranged the room to my request. Location. Just across a park from the train station. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

A very charming and chic hotel in excellent location. Beautiful interior. Underground parking is a big plus. Reception staff were generally very nice with one exception that shouldn improve attitude to match the hotel quality.

Everything was excellent. May want to do something about the shower as water got on the floor outside of the shower and we had to wipe it up after each shower. See above

Lovely hotel with beautiful entrance and sitting areas on the ground level. The staff were helpful in many ways the breakfast was very good. Located convenient to the train station and to all the places we wanted to see in Trento. Very elegant hotel and it was a pleasure to stay there for two days.
