Easy location in a great park of the city.

Great location with a stunning view There was no furniture to unpack our things into. We ended up having to put everything on the floor. The tiny reception room down a flight of stairs had drawers and a table but was very inconvenient to access just for putting on/removing clothing. There were no amenities provided in the bathroom.

Easy check in and check out. Very kind staff. Perfect location and very comfortable room. Excellent shower!

Location is great, quiet room, comfortable bed with lots of light There should be a guest book. I had to ask about everything instead of referring to a guide. It would be really useful if there was a wardrobe upstairs instead of downstairs

Location, view It was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived that was extremely noticeable, also small hairs on the coffee maker. The bathroom shower was questionable as to whether or not it was cleaned. There are blackout curtains all around the room, yet the massive window for the shower lets so much light in. We got a call in our room from a CUSTOMER at 11 o’clock at night. Which left both us and the customer very confused and frustrated. Really stay was mediocre at best.

Everything about this room is PURE PERFECTION. The 360 view of the entire old town of Trento is to die for. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. And the details like the slippers, the bathrobe, and the soap/lotion - the quality of it all was beyond 5 stars hotel. Wow! Would definitely stay here over and over again

So beautiful place!! With amazing view on mountains and city!!! Very clean and cozy and unbelievable atmosphere!!!! I recommend this amazing place for everyone!!!! Maybe could be good to add some furniture for clothes on the second floor

Everything was so easy to organize, and the lovely breakfast that was brought straight to the room was simply amazing. It was a bit too hot in the room during the stay, even tried turning off the heat but it kept pushing out hot air, the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t turn on so we really didn’t know what to do but open everything (windows).

Very spacious flat for 2 people with a nice terrace and air conditioning. Instructions to get into the place where very clear from the host. Parking can be expensive if you leave it in the partner hotel, and difficult to find a parking space on the street.

EVERYTHING! Views to die for from the junior suite. Gorgeous town, easy walking everywhere. Having to leave.

Great location and facilities. Loved the hot tub on the deck (you gotta get the right room). Quick access to all of Trento centro. Quiet. Would stay here again. Parking, as usual in the Centro. A bit of a trot from where you do get to park free. About a 10 minute walk with luggage.

Great apartment in a good spot, loved the jacuzzi. Great to walk in and air con was already on. Check in procedure a little weird having to get a code. Only 2 coffee capsules, 4 would have been better. An ice cube try in the freezer section of fridge would be good.
