The B& B is in a good location , walking distance to restaurants and shopping . Be aware that there is NO heat in the evenings and all nite. When we arrived mid afternoon the room was like a freezer . The owner told us there was a problem with the heat and moved us to a different room , again not heat in evening and all nite ☹️ Non of the appliances worked, silverware were filthy , , no sponge or cloth to wash them with , no waste basket . The heated towel racks didn’t work , NO HEat ! Not recommended! !!!!!

Incredibly friendly staff and a bountiful breakfast every morning! Proximity to restaurants, bars, and just a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location near the city center and the castle. Nice and warm welcome. Cosy breakfast.

Breakfast and location were great, with views of the castle from our room.

The location and the aesthetics of the room !!! Superbly located across from the castle with sublime views The amenities here very modern The staff amazing Francesco and Maximo were great hosts and take a lot of pride in running this place. Nothing Not one single thing

Location was great! right across Buonconsiglio Castle !! Room was clean and basic, nice paintings on the wall. No noise from neighbours and windows to a small inner courtyard. Breakfast was excellent!! coffee was perfect and made at the spot to our wishes. a lot of home made cakes and christmas cakes!! Freshly baked eggs and nice breakfast area. we had no view in our room as we had a room facing a small inner courtyard, this made the very small room a bit basic.

The room was very elegant, with a view of the castle, but the breakfast was unbelievable!!! 10 choices of freshly homecooked cake, hot breakfast to order, as well as a buffet, just really generous and delicious! There was no room service for a late night meal when we arrived, but there was a restaurant doing takeaway very closeby.

Great location, comfortable beds, very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I would definitely stay again. There is no parking at the B&B, but you can use the Autosilo Buonconsiglio, which is a 5-7 minute walk away. I strongly advise against giving the card you receive when entering the parking garage to the B&B in exchange for a discount card. If you do, you may have trouble exiting the parking lot. We also didn't receive any discount. Instead, the parking administration simply applied the €17 discount card from the B&B as a voucher, and we were charged the remaining €3, making the total €20, which is the standard daily rate.

I like the kitchen staff, good and friendly except the cleaning staff and the check out time. It's not normal to knock the door 3 times at 10am to remind us to check out 10:30am. We arrived midnight with Infant. I just feel shitty early in the morning the cleaning staff come back 3 times in our room to force us to leave at 10:30am. Never Again to come back here!

A short, ten minute walk from the train station, a straight shot toward the castle, this is a lovely place that serves an amazing breakfast. The staff was warm and more than accommodating. The b and b is really well-decorated, and the bathroom had great modern fixtures. Just be sure that you read carefully that three o'clock check-in is only available online. Despite my forgetting this, however, the staff generously allowed me to check in in person. Beyond the homemade pastries, eggs are also served for breakfast, as well as anything else you could want. I got great recommendations for dinner, and the proprietress is a really lovely person and a good businesswoman. Nothing. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the autumn street food fair right outside the b and b,

The location was a perfect place to explore Trento and the castle view from the room was stellar! The room construction was top notch and everything was clean & high quality. There was even a large street food & wine event going on in front of the hotel with loud music, but when you closed the window, the noise was minimal. Beds were super comfortable. Wish we didn't have an early train, so that we could have experienced their breakfast. Also their automated check-in application was a pain to use (it kept telling us to remain calm if that says anything) and didn't provide the entry code after going through a lengthy process of inputting all of our information. Ended up sitting in front of the hotel for quite a while just trying to check-in. Could have been a better.

The sense of being in a place not run by a chain, but by people who were personally invested in the running of the place. Rooms had a good size, the breakfast was good and well presented, intimate but not being intimidating. I would recommend a gentler tone between management and employees

Easy check in. I arrived late at night and I was given a code to enter the building with instructions. There’s an elevator. And the room was super beautiful overlooking the castle. I had a great experience overall. Maybe the breakfast could be better.
