We loved everything: perfect location, space and cleanness of the room, great breakfast.

I wish they would have provided information about what was in the spa and how to use the stuff in the spa. The temperature is all the water in all the jetted tubs were not the temperature stated in the signs. We brought it up and they said they turn the temperature down for the summer. Seemed weird to me. However, they did say they would look into it.

Super clean, amazing staff speaking English perfectly! Room is modern and comfortable.

Great location. Only short walk into city center. Very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was expetional. Beds super comfortable. Friendly staff. Amazing view from balcony.

The internet system, there should be an easier way of connecting rather than giving all the contact information.

The location, staff, room Breakfast , there was no a lot of option

We chose the room with jacuzzi, which was incredibly nice. Very comfortable and relaxing experience, also private. The staff, breakfast, spa with interesting activities was very memorable. In my honest opinion, the spa could be accessible also on the day of checkout as in another properties, but despite this, everything was good.

Nice surprise, hot tub on balcony with a view. 10 minutes walk to old town , 10 minutes to station,a great hotel in a great little town highly recommend

Everything fantastic, except the noise of the whirlpool during the night. No way to switch it off.

Good location to the Centre of town. Parking on the premises was good but need to pay extra for parking not included I. The room rate. Room was quite small and with no view at all.

Location and spa

Good saunas. Friendly receptionists. They have rooms to lock your bike up Quite a decent pizza restaurant attached to the hotel Not a bad breakfast! Could not get any sleep. The keypad to open the room doors make a very loud beeping noise. Same as the doors. so people coming and going at midnight 2 AM 4 AM make it very loud because the walls of the rooms are very thin. I was woken up randomly every night for three nights that I stayed there. The hotel should at least disable the loud beeping noise on those systems. The desk chairs they put in the rooms do not have any pads on the feet so they make a very loud noise when moving around, so it’s super loud when you hear people upstairs moving their desk chair. The hotel could just buy chair leg pads that cost probably one dollar and fix the problem overnight. The staff at the spot do not ask people what their room number is so anyone could take the elevator down to the spa and use it for free. This doesn’t make it feel quite fair for people who paid. Extremely small rooms if you get the cheapest room available . The room size is not listed on booking.com. If you get the cheapest room. Unbelievably annoying very loud spa music is playing everywhere in the lounge in the dining area in the spa outside the spa. It’s really annoying cover songs that are on a loop all day. Some spa services like the hot tub are not even hot . Good morning breakfast service staff members if they are having nothing to do walk back-and-forth in the way of people trying to get food for breakfast. They place the handle of the tongs to pick up different things like cheese and meat right on top of the food, which is not sanitary.

Hot. Advertises Air conditioned but it’s not. Hot inside when we arrived and even had staff come and explain. There is a system that cooks the floors, which does nothing, and portable noisy fan. That’s it. Fortunately the temperatures dropped and it was comfortable with the windows open with ear plugs. Noisy outside especially Friday night. Fall, winter, would recommend, but they need to supplement with unit that actually blows air.

To borrow an umbrella was 2 euros. Such a small critique.

The rooms were very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. There was something for everyone.

Entire staff is top notch! Great people happy to help. Nothing to not like!

Good location. Parking and EV charging available Extra charge to access pool . We picked hotel because it had a pool so we were disappointed that there was a daily charge because it was part of the wellness centre
