I have stayed at this hotel several times, but now I had an even more pleasant surprise. The room was recently renovated, to a very modern and chic standard, extremely spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, bus station and the center and the stay was a pleasure.

The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. We appreciated the small fridge. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. The location close to the train station was very helpful.

Excellent staff! people at the reception were very kind and helpful. I arrived on a rainy evening and they anticipated my needs. This is how a 4-star hotel should be.

Location was great. Breakfast was simple but nothing special. The juices tasted a bit chemical. Very little selection for those who are used to "North-European" breakfast. Very nice and supportive staff. For the hotel with 4 stars already a bit "tired" look. Everything was clean, just old-fashioned. Bathroom in the shower had traces of mold.

I have stayed here before. The staff are lovely and welcoming and give very good customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is located not far from the town’s train station and about 5 minutes’ walk into town. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and has character and charm. There is a good offering for breakfast. The hotel, like any other, has a need for refurbishment and some small improvements in regard to decor. This is due to the age of the property, and therefore normal. I would hope that this would be done with sympathy to the original building.

Location close to the castle, staff were very nice, they looked after our luggage while we went adventuring Poor value; 20% more than all other hotels we stayed in Italian historic centres. The shower was poorly designed and soaked everywhere in the toilette. Nothing special about the room despite the premium price. Breakfast was a poor comparison to the hotels we stayed in, nothing hot served, poor selection of fruit that was not sliced for you, yogurt in a plastic cup, and the coffee came out of a bad machine. The tone of the place was cutting corners at our expense.
