Hotel Monte Bondone

Charming staff and very helpful, amenities were great with tennis, game room, swimming pool, billiards and more. Breakfast was amazing each day and dinner was a delight! Beautiful views from our room as well as the outside terrace. Our sink was clogged in the bathroom, but we forgot to inform the staff. I’m sure they would have attended to it immediately as they did with everything else.

Hotel in the mountains, stunning view, quiet and peaceful. Large, spacious room with refrigerator. Very good breakfast. Parking in the garage. The hotel staff is very kind. Heated indoor and outdoor pool, suitable for children, works until 22:00 on weekends. Very large playroom, but would be nice if could be more toys for different ages.

The view from our room was just amazing. The hotel is located high, far away from city, in a calm place. There is a free parking near the hotel or in their garage, room is clean, warm when outside is colder, very nice staff. The spa is quite tricky, sauna can be together with the pool, and the water in the pool can be warmer especially when You can go outside. Breakfast can be with more options, but all in all is good, good that it is possible to have good coffee

The bathroom was not clean. Was a bad smell in the room.

Everything was amazing!

Great stay in a scenic landscape. They offer parking, breakfast, restaurant meals and clean rooms. The service from all the personnel is simply great. Would stay here again!

The family room was enormous. We felt like we were staying in our own chalet with an upstairs for the kids and a downstairs for the parents. The staff was exceptionally courteous and anticipating our every need. N/A

Everything Nothing

We received excelent room with open and beautiful view to the mountain and Trento city. |Room was very spacios and very clean with everything you need. Beds was confortable and clean bed linen. |For spa area a lot of posibilities but pool is the best We had a mechanical problem with the car which caused the stay to be extended for another day compared to what we had booked. We asked the reception to help us with an adequate price but unfortunately we were not helped. The price for one night was the same as the price for two days previously booked. I think a more favorable solution could have been found but receptionist said the she can not do it because is not the owner.

The stay was perfect, with a great location and view. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a lot of facilities, especially for the kids: pool, play room with ping pong and other games, a tenis court. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and there was also the possibility to have dinner. We had the appartment which was very big and enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Also, a lot of parking spots were available and we didn't encounter any issues as we travelled with 2 cars. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip with another day.

Amazing location with breathtaking views that truly captivate. The ski slope is just a short walk from the hotel, making access effortless. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an incredibly friendly staff. We like to return there! Nothing
