Location, staff, and really most everything else! The dinner at the restaurant was expensive and very sub par.

Walk-in shower, well lit bathroom, loaned tea kettle. Beautiful view of valley, Rhine River and surrounding mountains from glass atrium in dining area. Free bus that picks up in front of hotel, takes you down to Vaduz or up mountain to ski town for beautiful meadow views. Free parking in underground garage with elevator under hotel. Grocery store next door. Lovely area. Good breakfast. No coffee or tea in room, only in restaurant but can borrow kettle. No AC but not needed since this hotel is located up the mountain over Vaduz and cool in evening. (Month of May) The worse part was the room was very dim in the evening, not enough light. They had one big light above that did not provide much light, small reading lights on each side of bed. I had to turn the reading lights to get light over to corner counter where we had placed the kettle. We had to turn on TV just to get added light in room. We liked the hotel but they need to add better lighting in room. Would not be hard to install larger lamps where reading lights are or standing lamps. Thankfully bathroom was well lit. Not much in English channels so just went to bed since not much to do once it is dark. It was also pricey for the room.

Great location and restaurant was very good Nothing

The location has wonderful view of the mountain range, if the weather is good. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a private bathroom. The restaurant is excellent with very good meals and local wine.

Our only fault with the hotel was the pillows. They are an odd size and quite lumpy. The beds were quite comfortable though.

Couldn't get the wifi to work on my computer

The manager kindly upgraded our room to one with a gorgeous view of the valley and the snow covered mountains beyond in Switzerland. He also gave us a tourist pass which allowed us to travel on the local bus for free. Breakfast each day offered a delicious selection of yogurt, cereals, amazing bread, jams, cold cuts, cheeses and eggs. We enjoyed them with coffee, cappuccino or tea while overlooking the mountains and valley below. Everything is Liechtenstein is quite a bit more expensive than in the US. The exchange rate for the US dollar makes that even worse.

Lack of a kettle and iron in the room. There were no easy tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's an expensive place with limited eating options. You literally have to drive to Switzerland or Austria for a diverse dining options.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. The room was basic but had a stunning view. Even the small bathroom window offered a stunning mountain view. There is a large garage downstairs where you can park for free. Non.

Beautiful view for night drinks and breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff!

The valley view from our room was incredible. We just stayed for one night but it was a comfy stay in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again if in Triesenberg again. Nothing negative

We have a natural affinity for larger showers but this was good for European standards.

The staff was nice. The room was very large and very clean. The valley view was amazing. The breakfast was ok. The “double” bed was strange — having a 10 cm gap and part of the bed frame in between the two halves. Also the WiFi was constantly disconnecting or unable to connect to the cell phone.

The description states king size bed. This is incorrect as all rooms have two singles put together.

The hotel is situated in the mountains outside of Vaduz. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The scenery is beautiful. The little balconies provide a space to sit and quietly enjoy the surroundings. The bus to and from Vaduz stopped right in front of the hotel. It is a short ride into town.

Excellent view and clean room.... this hotel is on top of a mountain and there is very little tourist options around it. however the view is worth being up there
