2. The shared toilets was also a negative surprise since it is first time we don’t have a private toilet in a three star hotel.

I wish staff speak at least one other language beside Italian. It is very difficult to communicate with hotel staff when they speak only Italian.

Location The property is well located, but it's actually more like a motel. Although it's clean, the blankets were all stained, the room was super cramped, and the bathrooms were very basic. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. They didn't provide even one bottle of water, so we had to buy a small one for 3 euros.

The location is amazing: right in the heart of trieste, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Air conditioning worked flawlessly! (absolutely essential in the summer) Beds changed nearly every day. Rooms are tiny. Barely enough space to properly unpack my luggage. Tiny closet space. Hardly a desk to put my stuff on. Tiny shower.

Loved the location, the style and feel of the hotel, was modern an homey, the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved looking out of the window on to the beautiful square. It was easy to walk to everything! Nothing

The breakfast was very tasty! They had fresh croissants that you could fill with either Nutella or jam. The hotel was in a lovely location! It was so close to so many beautiful landmarks. It was a very good price and the staff was so kind and helpful to us. The bathrooms were a little small, but we had a room for 4 people (so I guess that’s kind of to be expected). But other than that, everything was lovely.

Location can't be beter. We accidentally booked a room without toilet. Bed was too small for 2 people.

The hotel is close to everything you need in the city center, so you can walk to any location, yet at the same time, the bus stop is nearby if you prefer public transport. You could feel the cleanliness in the air, with the scent of disinfectants, which is definitely a big plus in terms of hygiene. By the way, the staff is very friendly and warmly greets guests while being helpful and attentive. Well done! The only small downside, which is subjective, is that the air conditioning is set to automatic heating, with no option to increase the temperature. It was a bit cooler, but nothing unbearable.
