From the moment of check in until checkout this hotel was a superb experience. Helpful, friendly staff, wonderful amenities and an excellent location.

Friendly staff Breakfast started at 8, since traveling because of work it would be nicer to get breakfast earlier. I know there are those doggie bags for early breakfast, but its not the same if you need relaxing and slow morning before work.

What a treat to stay in this old style insurance building now serving as a hotel. Great staff and breakfast in a bonus location that also offers car parking (5min walk). Our advice is not to get a car for the city itself as buses go everywhere and the centre itself is walkable. There is so much history in this city you will need at least 3 days to explore it and the beachside. More choices in the minibar maybe?

The breakfast buffet was terrific. Overall a good value and location Their business center is non existent. And there was a lingering issue with hot water availability.

The hotel building is beautiful; the staff very friendly; having breakfast in a museum (the entrance is a library!) was an unforgettable experience. Very hard to find the hotel by car; very hard to open the parking gate (almost impossible if I were alone), as the gate closes 5 seconds after opening with the card.
