Very clean, friendly staff Elevator is not properly placed, you have to climb flight of stairs before taking the elevator if you have a heavy luggage you will need help

Loved our 2 night stay here, wish it was longer. The hotel is pretty and cute, the rooms aren't big but well set up to be very comfortable. Our room was quiet, facing into the back street and the bed was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English (useful as my Italian is very basic). The parking was fantastic - just across the road in a secure garage and was allocated for our whole stay - so we could enter/exit as much as we needed (which we made use of driving to the beach in Slovenia/Croatia both afternoon while sites were shut). It was spacious and easy to enter/ exit by Italian standards, we had a VW T-Cross SUV too. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there's so many cafes nearby and we wanted to be out exploring but the room looked nice and I've no doubt it would be great. We also loved Trieste, such a beautiful town, and the hotel is so close to everything but tucked away to be chill and quiet at night.

Good location. The parking fee was very expensive, as well as the breakfast, it was not exceptional given its price. The whole parking to room route was very confusing as well as the exit.
