Shower head broken. Shampoo rack too high in shower. No hooks to hang towels in restroom. Room was not cold, temp was warm couldn’t sleep well. Super small, could be cleaner.

Location was great Incredibly overpriced. Noise of airconditioning unit was so loud, which was set at 26 degrees and controlled by reception so unable to to change it. We got locked out due to someone manually locking the door but this seems to happen often enough they could give guests a key to the front door. Shower looked clean but was falling apart. Parking was only partially discounted and was not guaranteed.

Very comfortable and unpretentious little hotel in a great location.

Location is superb. It has a lift to the 4th floor then stairs to the 5th. Rooms are being modernised and those done are very nice. Older ones dated but pleasant. A good breakfast.

Lovely small hotel located in Trieste Old Town. The location is fantastic to explore all that the city has to offer. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and ensuite were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The building has an elevator up to the fourth floor, which is great when travelling with heavy luggage. Staff did communicate promptly in advance. Nice breakfast, including hot food options and coffee made to order. The air conditioning wasn't set high enough and the bedroom got very warm at night. Also, the shower cabin in our room needed fixing or replacing: the sliding doors didn't close/seal properly and there was no functioning holder for the shower head.

The hotel is very well located in the old town of Trieste, close to a big public parking. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are not sound proof and the noise from the upper floor was unbearable.

Close to everything. Should have better signage.Because it is in an alley. The shower nozzle fell off and water sprayed all over the bathroom.
