Right in the city center. Clean with a nice bathroom. Two free bottles of water per day. Plain looking inside and out, and the window just faces a wall. A rock cafe next door plays loud music until midnight, the air conditioner is noisy, and poor soundproofing between rooms. The single room is small. No tea or coffee maker, no iron, and no power plugs near the bed. The price is quite high relative to the overall amenities provided.

This was our second time for this hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the cruise terminal in Trieste which is handy when you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is in a good area of the city and has a "pub" just 300 metres down the road. On both occasions that we have stayed, there was a great band and fantastic pub food and atmosphere.. The hotel breakfast is varied and has plenty of healthy options. The staff at the hotel are young, friendly and helpful. No negatives. I fully recommend this hotel.
