The friendly and responsive staff and the central location. The separate but private bathroom was old and quite far down the hallway.

Great location, less then 10 minutes walking distance from the station. Easy to walk to all areas, attractions. Hotel is over two floors,in a typical old Italian block. Hot drinks stations on each floor. Steps up to elevator, there is a stair lift for these but did not see it in action. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on a chosen time slot as breakfast room is small and cosy. This worked really well. Breakfast, really good continental choices. Hot drinks machine, fresh caffe (expresso) on request, nice touch. Our room was Via Roma side, quite and comfortable. Really enjoyed out stay. Thanks

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast. Able to store luggage for a period after checkout. This particular room did not have an attached bathroom. The bathroom was 2 hallways away for the room's private use only. We knew before we booked - so it was our choice to select it. Stairs to access the elevator - a small challenge if you have luggage to contend with.

Staff is way too amazing to describe! Location is like five breaths away from the grand canal, parking is like 5 minutes away! Everything is just there! For the price we paid it was a give away! It says it is a 2 star hotel, but it is even better than the 3 star hotel we stayed in austria! They didn't pay attention on the routinary cleaning of the room wall heating. It is full of dust that it is coming out of the holes..gave me an asthma attack so i covered everything with a handtowel that night, reported it the following day, got cleaned right away. But I might say it needs some deep cleaning before winter season otherwise that is no longer hygienic

The rooms are old, need renovation, look and feel cheap. But for one night in the city center it was fine, but nothing more.
