Old building, with a few rooms and bathrooms in the hallway. Comfortable enough, worth the price, especially if you consider the location and the fact that the city is expensive. Breakfast served only until 9.30. The mattress could be newer.

The only downside was that our window overlooked a small inner courtyard, where people were chatting and watching TV loudly until late at night. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to sleep with the window open. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d definitely recommend bringing earplugs.

bathroom shower was not working properly so it was hard to get a "good" shower. also the entire front and entrance was under construction with very little lighting which made it a bit weird when arriving at night. It looked ominous and I was worried about where we were staying - would've been nice to have a heads up!

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Not the owner's fault, but there is currently construction on the street/building so the street and ground floor were a bit sketchy. Just be aware of that, especially at night.

Very stylish and comfy room. Comfortable beds. Very tasty breakfast. Big (shared) bathroom with all necessary facilities available.

The location was convenient and communication with the hotel was easy and responsive. There is no parking at the hotel, even though it is listed as available on Booking. The nearest parking is about 700 meters away, costs €14 per day, and has a very narrow, difficult ramp. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the light from the fridge door was disturbing at night.

Well located, excellent value, friendly and responsive hosts. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. Breakfast was nice and included lots of fresh fruit. I asked to check out a half an hour later, but that same morning, and they immediately agreed. There are shared bathrooms, but not by that many people — they were clean and always open when I needed them. I don’t mind this at all and helps make it a great value.

Good accommodation, fair price. The shared bathrooms were very clean. Owners were nice, and breakfast very decent. Location is within walking distance from the main attractions in Trieste, and very close to the train station as well.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was one bathroom for two rooms, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with family. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The location was very convenient for the station and the city. The breakfast was good, the coffee was excellent. And the installations were clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable, the mattress was sagging a bit in the middle.

the bathroom in common with other guests. We hadn't noticed it when booked, because the high price we took for granted that the bathroom was private and when we saw it, it was too late.

Perfect location, nice and clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with 7-8 kinds of fruit. Super friendly hosts, always ready to help. Everything was great, thank you for your hospitality!
