Very clean place tucked away in the mountains. The town is not much to look at, but it is an easy (45 minute) walk into Trieste. The hosts were wonderful--very helpful, and they have a gorgeous dog!

Quiet and green in the city

Clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation with spectacular views of the wooded countryside. Direct bus routes to the city center from nearby bus stop were easy to navigate once we got the hang of it. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet, tub, host, bus stop to Trirste was good, approximately 1.5 euros to town. No parking on premises or close to property (unless you get really lucky). If no parking on premises it should state that clearly. Hard, hard to find parking and property. Breakfast nice but selection was limited.

The breakfast was incredible. Far exceeded my expectations. The room was cozy, and the view was awesome. We stayed right next to a park where we had many meetings, so it was very convenient.

It had a really good breakfast. It was super clean and very comfy. We enjoyed our stay here. I recommend this hotel here with a family and kid! Maybe it was a bit hard to find a parking spot and you need to park a bit far from the hotel - but they can help you. It was a bit far from center but it was in description

Not really a hotel, more like a small block of studio apartments with no self-catering facilities. Our room was huge, with a small table and chairs plus a mini fridge, but no tea/coffee making facilities or crockery (a small kettle and a few mugs and tea bags are available in the shared lobby). There are no staff on site apart from at breakfast, which felt rushed. Although we had given advance notice that we are vegetarian, we were not offered a substitute for the cold meat platter provided to other guests, so breakfast was just fruit and pastries plus a tiny sliver of cheese. The location is green and quiet, but only a very limited choice of restaurants within walking distance. The bus into the city centre is frequent but crowded.

Loved the view of the forest from the balcony and all of the small touches that made our stay special. Really enjoyed breakfast in the morning out on the patio and learning more about Trieste’s coffee culture!

A truly memorable stay! One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast right beside the bosco—so peaceful and rejuvenating. The surroundings added a special touch to each morning, making the entire experience feel like a retreat in nature There’s no parking at the property, and street options are scarce. We had to carry our things for about half a mile, which was very frustrating.

I missed some lamps near the bed. My be bigger towels would be better.Everything else perfect!

The room was neat and clean. We liked everything. We were most impressed by the breakfast which we couldn't finish because there was so much of it. I definitely recommend it to everyone! The hosts are also very kind and approachable. The only downside to this property is the parking. We arrived around 9pm and the street was full of cars. We were lucky that after one lap around we came across a car leaving the parking.

Cozy rooms Parking far away, hard to find empty lot on a street

It was beautiful. It was peaceful and away from the fast pace of Trieste. It was wonderfully quiet at night. It was incredibly romantic. Getting the bags to the property was a challenge. Parking on the street was easy and free.

The concept is great but very little privacy. We were woken up by ppl walking on the stairs and there’s only 4 units. We could hear every word of a conversation happening outside of our door. The door to the room is a cheap thin door that does not provide much sound proofing. The breakfast is large for Europe but nearly all carbs. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. There was mildew in the tub once you used the jets. There was no one to meet us when we arrived and then were welcomed by a lady who didn’t speak English nor would should she speak with patty on the phone to translate. It was very awkward. We fumbled through it. No secure parking (just find it yourself on the street).

The spotless clean room felt very spacious, with reliable WiFi and ample space to work. The wonderful, big terrace overlooking the garden and forest was a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making a genuine effort to communicate in English, which made us feel welcome. The location was also very convenient with easy bus access to the town. The hairdryer could have been a bit more powerful, and there was no dedicated car park, though we found safe street parking nearby.

The property is beautiful and very clean cute and comfortable. The lady who runs it is very sweet and accommodating :) We only needed one room to rest one night and get up very early to go to the airport so for the use we needed I feel it was a bit pricey, specially considering our room didn’t have a hot tub and we couldn’t have breakfast because we were leaving early and breakfast wasn’t available until later. But the host gave us a piece of freshly baked cake made by her so we could have something and it was indeed a beautiful place. Only wish we could enjoyed it longer.
