The bathroom was new and had a very powerful shower - unfortunately a little strong for the small cubicle, although there was a handrail. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good. It was within easy reach of the centre in a quiet location. The bedroom was very small with very few surfaces. Although it had been painted recently, the blinds were flimsy. No air conditioning.

comfortable bed, great location the AC was not working as we could't move it, but it couldn't reach the socket.. (??) we just got one little towel (the one you put under your feet when you get out of the shower) for 3 people, we had to ask for more.. i wouldn't call it hotel, but an apartment as there was really random reception (guy sitting behind a desk, not speaking much english) all in all, it was good when go there just to sleep, but if you expect a hotel, this is not the right choice

NEVER AGAIN. WORST ROOM IN ITALY, POOR OR NO COMMUNICATION. They never reply on any email, call or message. Worst hotel in all italy. Its not even hotel, its rooms in building with bad isolation. I would never book this hotel again. Their service is poor, they dont speak any language except italian. If you have a problem they ignore you with bad excuses. Booking com service poor and not trying to resolve problems. I wrote, called, but nothing. NEVER AGAIN.

The location. The radiator leaked and made noise all night dripping onto the floor, the door was loose and had clearly been forced many times, there were holes in the walls, patched up with terrible quality, bits repainted everywhere in different paints. Sticky traces on the bedside table. Very very bad.

Location Noisy radiator which later leaked after it was bled by maintenance. Cold room as no heat from the radiator. Noisy location with constant traffic and lack of double glazing, bathroom window with gaps. No sink plug. Bathroom utilities new but state of walls very poor and doors do not shut. Shower cubical looked dirty but shower was new. No reception all the time I was there. Only communication via WhatsApp. I left 2 days early but still no refund.

Location It has a Dirty Aspect …Door of the Shower in the bathroom could not even close …So you end up with a Pool of Water all over the bathroom by the end of the Shower .
