Beautiful grounds-lovely pool, wonderful room/bathroom size and design. Staff was very helpful, especially with booking us wine tasting experiences nearby and a driver to take us to them. Restaurant expensive but good quality if you are not wanting to leave the property. Unfortunately, we were wrongly charged for spa services which we did not receive, and it has been a nightmare getting the full amount of money back for that despite it being entirely the hotels fault : ( Very disappointing.

The building itself Our room was really too small (and even smaller than the room of our friends who paid less)

The property is well located for visiting towns in the area, including Bari, Monopoli and Polignano a mare. The rooms were clean and comfortable but quite expensive. The breakfast options were very limited.

It was a beautifully designed hotel and the rooms where super spacious. Everything was extremely well kept and the grounds were really stunning. Also the hotel cat was everything! The only thing that they could improve on is the breakfast & having a thick duvet.

Beautiful property, the king suite is super comfortable with an amazing rooftop terrasse and jacuzzi. Food for dinner was very good.

The hotel was gorgeous, a beautiful building, stunning design, inside and out. And a very well thought out, comfortable, large bedroom. Just lovely! Everything was great, just wish we had organised a rental car, as the hotel is very remote.

Great place and very nice service

This was an amazing and perfect place to stay for the first few days of our honeymoon in Puglia. It was incredibly relaxing and quiet — and while there were some other guests, we felt like we almost had the resort to ourselves. It feels like a spa — calm, serene, quiet, clean, relaxing. As soon as we stepped outside of our room we smelled the fresh lavender growing around the walkways. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and beautiful room and would have a lovely breakfast each morning (service was excellent) before lounging by the pool and then going on an afternoon outing to a nearby town. The lunch there was amazing as well but restaurant was not open for dinner. The staff recommended amazing nearby restaurants and made us reservations for dinner (places I never would have found on my own!), which was one of our favorite parts of staying here. Would definitely recommend renting a car if you stay here. We were greeted personally each night when we came home and felt very safe. We mentioned to one employee that we’re celebrating our marriage and came home that night to a bottle of chilled spumante in our room. They are incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Oh and the grounds are impeccable and design is beautiful — we couldn’t stop taking pictures. Would definitely go back. The wifi could have been better — didn’t quite reach out room.

The internet was very slow and the eating venue limited (no dinner offered on site)
