When we requested to change the manager gave us a pool side Villa which has a lot more space and was quiet. It was a much better space and clean. We stayed in a cabin close to the beach and the loud music on the beachside kept us awake for the first 2 nights. The cabin was very small and tired.

Location is good. Chalet we stayed was old, bathroom was dirty, old and rusty. I lost a valuable swimming short just keeping outside of our room to air dry, therefore not very safe. There was no apology given by the hotel management.

Nothing I strongly suggest avoiding this 1-star hotel as it was truly a terrible experience. My family and I had to switch rooms three times and both rooms were equally filthy from the moment we checked in. The lack of customer service was evident right from the start. The rooms were covered in blood stains on the walls bed and sheets and the tap was broken and loose. We couldn't sleep for three nights due to the presence of cockroaches everywhere and it was a nightmare. It was clear that the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly and it was disappointing considering the price we paid. Moreover the sea view promised on booking. com was obstructed by tall buildings. My advice is to stay away from this place.

Close to beach. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The condition of the room is not consistent with the one presented on the Booking portal. The room is dirty, old and unkept. The equipment is very worn, the shower head leaks onto the electric water heater, there is mold on the walls. We did not receive towels or bath accessories, we had to ask for them. In conclusion, the condition of the rooms is not consistent with the condition offered, at the same time posing a danger to users (dirt, mold). The pool is also destroyed, cracked tiles. Additionally, during 6 of our nights, the facility organized very loud parties until the night hours. Breakfasts are monotonous, of average quality. I do not recommend, using the services of this facility will ruin your vacation.

The Location and the view was great. It wasnt clean. It was not the price worth. The door had a problem so we couldnt open properly. And the food was okay. I wouldnt say it was great. They said the have gym everything but it was on work.

Staff were friendly and the location was right on the beach. The room was very tired and old, the bathroom was dirty with unclean sink, shower cubicle and clogs of hair in the drain cover, we asked for a room change. Advertised a fitness centre but that was a room with an old cycling bike and snooker tables. We booked the hotel because it advertised a gym. The pool was nice but lots of broken tiles in the pool and had to be alert. Luxury rooms are just a standard quality of room, bathroom cleaner but soap scum everywhere and the quality is low. From discussing with guests most complained about something with their room.
