It was observed that some of the services included at the time of reservation were interpreted differently at the venue. For example, although the package stated that breakfast was included, only a Sri Lankan breakfast was provided, and an additional charge was applied if a Western breakfast was ordered.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and feels extremely safe, which was important for me as I was traveling with my child. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were always smiling, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious. The location is perfect, especially if you're looking to relax by the beach or explore nearby attractions. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and beautifully arranged. We also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was—perfect for rest and quality family time. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and warm-hearted stay! ? TV is not working. there isn't clothe rack .

The location was good and had access to the beach. The staff were very accomodating and responded quickly to our requests. Room 5. - the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor, there is no hot water in the bathroom. One of the pillows was mouldy. Breakfast was disappointing, no Sri Lankan breakfast even though we were advised we had a choice of either western or Sri Lankan on check in. The western breakfast consisted of one egg and some toast, one fruit, tea/coffee etc, if you wanted more it was available for a price. We have been travelling in Sri Lanka for over 3 weeks and this was the first hotel that wanted payment up front.

Nice location. They have private beach. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is served in buffet. Friendly staff. Value for money. Calm place Fungus in pillows n towels. Only hot water hand shower in bathroom. Cant take good bath from it.

Breakfast was too late and It was opened at 8.40 am. There was a laminated leaflet/brochure at the room clearly indicates complimentary portion of breakfast to keep the food consumption of the guests at a minimal level (eg. one option is12 string hoppers with sambal .....) and prices for additional consumption over the complementary portion was there as well. Small amount of foods were available from beginning in serving vessels making the guests to worry to serve adequate portion for them. The location of the restaurant is perfect at the beach with nice sea view. There wasn't minimum furniture requirement in the rooms including no. cloth rack, no. proper table and no. chairs. There were two chairs at the varenda. Handing of breakfast as it is described previously, is really not up to the minimum standards and no. drinks (tea, coffee et.) were offered at the buffet.

Best Breakfast im Sri Lanka! Privat Beach was cool. Nice and tidy room with a Real comfortable bed. Staff was really attentive. Some minor improvments would be great. We had no closet in the room. The beach was not so clean.

This was a brilliant place to stay! The room and beachfront area were beautiful, everything was very clean and the location was ideal - being not far from both Trincomalee Fort and the beach strip. The managers were extremely helpful and booked a snorkelling tour on Pigeon Island for us (including snacks, transport and everything!). They gave the resort a very professional feel. The breakfast and food were also delicious and we loved the buffet style of it. In fact, it was the best breakfast of the whole trip for us!
