Good for the value . the place was good . The staffs were very nice to us and really welcoming also helped us with setting up taxi to bus stations and around . Recommend this place .

Location is right by beach , staff super friendly and help-full , really good people. Great stay , cabin had shower and toilet , comfortable pillows and bad all you need really :) diving Center right next too :) great location on upavelli beach as much quieter and easy to access everywhere , highly recommend! Good location in a quiet place at the end of Uppuveli beach where you can watch the local fishermen catching fish in the morning. The resort is right on the beach, provides accommodation in spacious bungalows or in the main building. Kind owners, ready to arrange transportation around the area for a reasonable price. The guests were a mix of local and foreign tourists. The restaurant has probably the best prices on the Uppuveli beach. Breakfast is served in a very nice restaurant overlooking the beach, choice from the menu. Sunbeds and umbrellas for free. The restaurant staff speaks poor English, which sometimes led to misunderstandings. The bungalows deserve a renovation and more attention to cleaning - the floor was dusty and there were cobwebs in the corners. Still, we would not hesitate to recommend staying there.

Property was in a really good location in uppaveli walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. From the room you could easily walk down to the beach in a matter of a minute. Ac worked well and kept the room cool the bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure. Staff were all smiles and happy to help with anything you asked. Outside the hotel they have sun beds you can use free of charge with a charging point and lights for evening use, we thought this was a really cool unique feature to have. Really reasonable restaurant prices Issues with ordering food at the restaurant and understanding or orders. This was due to the language barrier, I would rather someone was honest and stated they didn’t understand the order rather than bringing out the wrong dishes. Having said that the staff were friendly and tried to make sure we had the best stay possible. Also make sure you give the property plenty of notice when you wish to check out as we had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to turn up so we get settle the bill which left our tuktuk driver waiting around for us.

It's on a lovely stretch of beach with shades and sunloungers on the sand right outside the property. I think the friendly owners are doing their best but communication was difficult. However, they did supply us with an early breakfast and ordered a tuk tuk to take us to the bus station. The cabin was spacious with air con and a fridge. The property has not been well maintained, which i can understand since this is the first tourist season for 3 years due to the pandemic and other problems. However, the level of cleanliness in the cabin and especially the bathroom was poor. The electric sockets had polystyrene jammed around them to fill in the gaps in the wall paneling. The property will need to have a significant amount of maintenance to justify the price in the future. Communication also could be improved - they replied to my message about the possibility of early check in one week after our stay ?.

It is located directly on the beach, offering incredible, freshly prepared seafood. The rooms are somewhat outdated and require maintenance. Additionally, the garden is in need of some cleanup.

we are a family of four with two big teenagers and we got a single room to accommodate all four. it was spacious, clean and the air conditioning was great. The property is managed by an elderly couple and they treated me like their own son. The food cooked by Amma was so delicious and so authentic that I asked for one more meal. I liked it a lot

Location, view and friendly Staff Nothing

The owners have recently taken over but they were vwry accomodating. Our room was not available as we arrived early so they upgradeded us. The room was large and vwry comfortable. The location was perfect. They offered breakfast and do laundry The bathroom needed some attention but we were upgraded so cannot complain.
