the hotel was perfect. the room was clean. also the hotel was clean. the staff worked well. they were super cheerful and kind. the beach was good. we did not use the pool. the food was insufficient. they had limited types of food. breakfast and dinner also had not too much different types of culturel food. they should add some different cultural food around the world. Also the entertainment was insufficient. They should also add some activities. when night became there was no activities we can do. we bored at night.

This resort is truly exceptional in every aspect—from the warm welcome and seamless check-in experience to its stunning beachfront setting, excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service. One of the highlights was the check-in process. Unlike many hotels where guests are required to wait at the reception desk, here we were invited to relax with a welcome drink while the staff collected our passports, completed the formalities, and simply brought over a tablet for our signature. It was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. We stayed in a Beach Chalet, which was located right by the shore and provided a wonderfully relaxing environment for our two-night stay. Having direct access to the beach made our experience even more memorable. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, including live stations serving authentic Sri Lankan specialties such as freshly made hoppers. The in-room dining service was also very good, with prompt delivery and quality food. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and stable throughout our stay. Another feature we particularly appreciated was the daily evening housekeeping service, during which staff checked whether we needed any additional amenities such as drinking water, tea bags, or other essentials. This proactive approach reflected the resort’s commitment to guest comfort. The resort’s location is another major advantage. Situated at the end of a street lined with restaurants, cafés, and other hotels, it offers plenty of dining choices within easy walking distance for guests who wish to explore alternatives to the hotel’s own restaurants. The staff were very nice, very helpful, the beach and pool facilities are nice The breakfast was bad, no choice really, it is not international, the room was moldy, ants were in the bathroom coming out of the flush, too expensive for that, and no gym, you need to go all the way to reception to ask for towels as the rooms are far away and reception doesnt really pick up

Extra friendly staff. We were greeted by Miss. Kaveshi. Very pleasant and experienced registration staff. Bit of a walk to the dining and eating facility.

Amazing beach facing pool. Amazing beach facing chalet. Calm and fantastic beach. Good dinner, great breakfast. Too expensive. Communication could be better.

The food options can be better, and we got a half board but the dinner buffet didn’t include any drinks, we had to order and pay for drinks even soft drinks or juices.

Price of massage in the spa was outrageous. Also what was listed in the Spa menu therapist added surcharge for hotel share. Easily double than any other place and we visited 5 during our stay in Sri Lanka. Local Ayurveda place 5 minutes from hotel was 4 time cheaper. Don't use spa in hotel, due to price it is always empty.

We enjoyed our stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon. It was a very convenient place to visit points of interest in the city and to reach destinations in the north and south of Trincomalee. Breakfast was delicious, with a great spread. The hotel was well managed and the staff members were courteous and helpful. None

Staff was great, location was great, beach and pool were good. They have soy milk and its easy to figure out which options were vegan which was so nice. Variety of food was decent but hit or miss on taste. Paalappam was the highlight. Shout out to Mahesh, Jeyanthan and Jasintha especially! Only things I would change is that the set up of the room has a short roof by the head of the bed so we banged our head a couple times, and you can hear some of the activities outside in the evening but I think that'll depend on the location of your room.

The breakfast was nice. The two ladies at the hopper station were really kind and welcoming. I really hated the in room dine experience. I ordered a simple cheese pizza for the kids as they were supper hungry after the swim. Not only did it take 45+ minutes. It tasted really bad when it arrived. Like frozen pizza warmed up. Really bad for the price paid.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were exceptional. We had breakfast and dinner, restaurant staff would accommodate for our young children who ate dinner "early" and went to bed the same time dinner buffet started by providing them a plate of food before dinner buffet hours which was very appreciated.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. Pool and beach are easy access and great. Would have preferred a room with access to beach. Had to a room on the 2nd floor.
