Stayed earlier too. Food is too expensive. Linen needs attention. Since bed is worn out, it is not comfortable.

good location the bathroom door was rotten and moldy and the room had a bad smell. The second room they moved me to was only a little better. I ended up leaving because I'm allergic to mold and would get sick.

I liked the location of the hotel. Breakfast spread was reasonable. Kebab festival was going on during our stay. Tried out few kebabs and they were good. Overall service was good except the service in the bar. At the bar on the 3rd floor, there was no greeting or smile on the face of the staff there. Felt like we were not welcome there..... Had ordered couple of drinks with my friend at the bar. The waiter kept the drinks, soda and water on the table as if he was doing some favour to us. He didn't even bother to open the water / soda bottles or offered to make the drink. We had 3 drinks and not a single time he came and enquired if we need anything. EACH TIME WE HAD TO CALL HIM. The lighting is so poor in the bar, couldn't even see the menu properly. However, on the previous day the service ( including drinks ) at the roof top restaurant was good.

Nice place.. must mention that the staff is very cordial, courteous warm and friendly. Eager to help. Especially dealt with front desk staff and the restaurant staff. Sadly cant say the same to some of the top managers. Some of them seem to forget to carry their smiles from home. :) Would strongly recommend to visit Mothers Plaza restaurant for Sadhya. Vegetarian place.. amazing food... It was a good experience. Would certainly opt to stay at the same place when i go there. I was fortunate to get upgraded to a suite. Was really very nice, comfy and spacious.

Nothing Everything from the check in time to check out time. One of the worst and unprofessional staff and hotel management. The worst stay I ever had in my life and thanks to this hotel to spoil our trip.
