overll service quality, food the bath towels smelt of vegetable oil probably because they were dried where an exhaust pipe from the kitchen is placed. there were multiple instances of water disruption; in the spa after water disruption muddy water came for quite some time and had to take bath multiple times to have it washed away

The service provided was outstanding, and the facility itself was excellent. It is commendable to see a five-star establishment in Trivandrum maintained to such a high standard. Staff across various departments, including the front office, restaurant, room service, and laundry, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. The facilities and food were great Maybe a little pricey

the hotel style is beautiful, the pool is a nice design, the food for breakfast was excellent , including the kerala cafe and the croissant and pain au chocolat were outstanding made by a pattisier overall the service is excellent all around, however my only suggestion would be is in the morning dining area , there is a lot of staff, given the 5 star of the hyatt regency, it would be preferable to have the staff approach the arriving guests to offer coffee or juice, as the rest of the items we can go ahead and get ourselves, however on two different mornings , I felt i had to flag down a waiter to ask for a coffee and waiters could scan the dinning area as they are working to see if anybody needs anything .

New , comfortable Not enough staff at breakfast buffet . Orders were taking too long , forgotten or repeated. Staff were thin & struggling to cope .
