The rooms were clean and neat. It was on the main locality and easy to get auto and cover nearby places Lift facility wasn't available. Also there was no one to carry out luggages to the required floor. Also the triple rooms can be with AC

Location No A/c working at all, took money for A/c room. But ac never gets on. I was literally sweating

I booked a room in that hotel, i am also mentioned i will arrive morning 7.00am, and also infrom to the reception, but when i arrived there the receptionist no room for you, you will come after 12.00pm, what can i do, then i went to another hotel, auto driver helped me,

Clean No air flow it’s like I was living in an hot box. and charges are high and i asked for extending in checkout after negotiating finally they agreed and i paid for 4 hours and it would be better if they have some flexibile options

The location of property is good. It’s near to BJP party office as well so expect surprise crowds causing parking issues. It did to us due to election result. The description of property is criptic, you are deligently not mentioning non availability of air conditioning even in superior deluxe room. Than what is superior and deluxe in it ? Than there is no lift at all. I booked two rooms for three people so that my elderly mother gets some convenience. Had to push for ground floor, even though they had two ac rooms on ground floor they assigned a bad room that opens outside, full of foul smell and safety concern. The ac is older than property itself and takes ages to run and gets turn off automatically. There is no cable in tv. This is the most premium segment they have. Even though the other room was available till night, even after constant request to re-assign from afternoon check in they did not allocate that to her. Very very bad experience. It’s totally not worth 2.5k per day.

Keep it up This room was unfortunately not bath attached,but an exclusive bathroom for the room was provided outside the room in the corridor.Being a dolo traveller I didn't find it much of a problem.

Rooms are very big. Bathrooms are spacious, neat and clean. Very near to railway station.

1. I checked in late night at 24:00 hrs, but they did not give any grace period to check out and forced to vacate or extend after 12:00 noon. 2. When taking bath after a long air travel, water stopped abruptly in the bath after put soap in head and face. It was a nightmare. When called the service desk, it was busy, no one picked up. Went down from this floor and informed about water problem. They forget to put the motor 3. The water motor knocked down electrical strip and only bathroom had light, room light and fan failed. Again nightmare in calling the service desk as it was busy 4. I will not choose this for my next stay 2 year ago I visited the same facility, the help desk was so smart and helpful, but this time it was a total disappointment

Very good stay in the heart of the city. The hotel was very clean, and a big thanks to the staff who were helpful enough to upgrade my room. The hotel is very close to Thiruvananthpuram Central railway station. Definitely recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay! The non-AC double room felt very hot and suffocated, making it quite uncomfortable. We eventually had to upgrade to an AC room.

Homely atmosphere and Staffs escpecially Anurag (Reception), helped me personally in supporiting what all we had requested.. Non AC rooms , fan is not effective or should have additional fans for big rooms
