Every apartment that I stayed in was beautifully decorated with great lighting. All amenities worked. Staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast is delicious. Great views from the fourth floor. There were enough towels. I moved rooms 3 times because of other guests smoking and vaping inside. The air inside is unbreathable because of the smoke and no way to open windows to air out the space. They smoked all day and night. I was sick and go not sleep because of this. I checked out early because of it. I would not recommend this place for people with small children because of indoor air pollution.

Location is walkable and 10 minutes drive to the Trivandrum museum park. It had great views from the 5th floor. The room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous. Door men circling me for tips because I'm a foreigner. It felt very uncomfortable. The walls in my room were bulging from moisture. The floor was in need of mopping. The room needed dusting. The wet areas needed attention for mold. They need to attend to maintenance to prevent moisture and clean mold better in the bathroom.

I liked the location and the spacious rooms. We had five rooms and all of us felt at home in the place. The rooms were well appointed and staff were friendly and helpful

Property is in the heart of city, easy to locate on the road side. room is also very spacious. only problem is .. there is no resturant in the property. you have to hunt food outside. although every thing is up to the mark. no resturant and complimentry breakfast in this range all hotels give.

Well maintained!Polite staff, good food.Extra kudos to the chef.All dishes were great. We would definitely recommend and comeback for sure The reception is on the 3rd floor and there is no signboard about it on the ground floor entrance level.

Comfortable bed, lovely staff, excellent location. Very large and spacious suites with effective central air. The only downside is that parts of the building (hallways, stairs) feel very dated and in need of upgrading, and some room materials probably need refreshing.

Limited in house food options. Main door for the room 201 not locking automatically when you close from outside. You need to close it hard to get the lock activated. Since there is an electronic door lock installed, it’s not recommended for a property of this class.
