Probably, this should have been a good property if it were maintained properly. The property lacks aesthetic appeal, the reception looks as if it is just an ordinary lodge. The breakfast had a selective menu and the restaurant had limited dishes to offer, the excuse being the chef is off on holiday. Be also smart enough to swat some flies which might give you a company at the restaurant. It took ages for the maintenance team to fix a TV channel and even at the time of our checkout the TV still had a blank screen. They charge almost 5200k for a night, another 1000k, probably you could checkin to a better property in the same vicinity.

The room given on the second day was good and comfortable since it was a suite offered as a mistake for accommodation offered on day 1. Booking .com do not take take money for booking this accomodation and thus they missed our booking inspite of calling them the previous day, due to big group of school students from Hyderabad but soon they realised on our arrival and somehow adjusted us in a small room as we were 3. But infact they repaid us back by providing us a suit the next morning.

Room was clean, spacious and everything in order, exceeded my expectations as am staying in Trivandrum area after a long time. All the staff were extremely courteous and attentive in their job. The passage and common areas were kept neat and tidy. The security person helped always in getting auto or taxis. Special mention on the chef in restaurant as the food served were of good quality and taste, staff inside restaurant were very professional! Breakfast spread was fresh and tasty, we did not go out for dining as the food was good and value for money. I had a late checkout after 6 PM but they did not charge me extra although I was expecting it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who prefers a decent family stay AC was too cold and probably control was not working properly. washroom tap although of good brand was tight and may need periodic maintenance, Wi-Fi was getting disconnected intermittently

The pictures look way better than reality. We had sewer smell in our bathroom, mold smell from our AC (when looking inside you can see thick layers of dust), soundproofing is bad, you can hear everything happening in the hallway and upstairs, with a feeling the everyone can hear you as well. Stains on the sheets.
