Beautiful location, right on the beach. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Elevators didn’t work. Not all staff spoke english. Dropping the car off for parking was a tiny bit of a challenge since they were so busy and the road was blocked. Pool was very crowded.

We really liked the room with a bathtub, beautiful view, and amazing location. Nice breakfast. But what we didn’t expect was getting one of the best dining experiences at the hotel’s restaurant!!! Exceptional service, staff were so attentive, and the food was just perfect. We didn’t make any reservation, but Valdo found us a table and made our dinner very special. Elevators need a maintenance, middle elevator is making a loud noise when close and open doors, and the first one is not moving sometimes for about 2-3min. Panoramic balcony window in our room was dirty.

The room, the breakfast, the staff and the location were very good. Nothing in particular was bad but the parking should be included in the normal pricing.

Very clean, great breakfast lots to choose from. Friendly staff. Take the ferry across the harbour I paid 10:10 euros for overnight parking. Just kidding it was worth the trip.

Great view from our 10th floor room. Room was great with very large bathroom including a tub.

Location is the best in Troia. The breakfast is super good Very expensive and some of the staff should be better trained since it is a 5* hotel

The building is outdated, and the pool service is poor.

Quiet room, warm, indoor pool and a regular outdoor pool. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic. Our child was given a coloring book while we waited for our food. The rooms were large. Check-in was a bit slow. Perhaps have more staff during peak hours? We checked in around 4 PM if I remember.

Wonderful view, good bedroom an good breakfast. The cleaning, we leave the room at 9h30, almost of the days, however the cleaning only comes after lunch when we want to rest.
