They wouldn't return my money even tho my booking was insured. I didn't have 150 dollars on me when I arrived so they wouldn't let me check in. Now my booking company won't acknowledge my insurance and it's all a scam!

Overall our 1-night stay was very good. The staff were nice and helpful. The property was decently maintained and room was clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very clean. Lots of clean towels. The breakfast was great in the morning. Our only issue was that the pool and hot tub were cloudy which is a bad sign so we decided not to use them. Other than that, we are very pleased with our experience and would definitely stay again.
