The staff were really nice and willing to help. The breakfast buffet one of the best (value for money) I’ve had. The rooms exhibited sufficient quality in all aspects. The access to the UG parking is not easy, nonetheless the security people is almost always readily available to help prevent any shortcomings when entering or exiting.

The room was quiet, the curtains blocked out all the light, there was air conditioning and it was in a good location. The breakfast was good but I missed the granola.

… is always a good option if you are on a business trip. Some of the premises require already refurbishing, in particular, the bathroom!

The room was nice but small and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was very good and the staff was nice and helpful. There is no showerhead with hose so if you want to shower only your body its not very easy.

Extremely good value for the price we paid, this hotel matches the standards of the Ibis we can see in europe, for a fraction of the price. Bed was super comfy, room was clean, breakfast (buffet) had a lot of options. Overall it was the perfect place to rest after the treks we just finished in Huaraz. Nothing bad to say :)

The location is great, it’s just few blocks away from downtown and in a safe area The venues, including the live music on Thursdays and Saturdays! It’s a great place to have a drink with friends!

The location of the building and its modern facility. Size of the room, it was smaller than other hotels I stayed within the same price range. The breakfast buffet missed more meat on the menu.

The location is great, and the breakfast was soooooo good! A friend of mine arrives on advance (I was still on my way) and he had difficulties to make the check in. I ringed to the reception several times and they didn’t answered… then I write via WhatsApp and I felt as if they weren’t reading carefully my messages. Fortunately the manager helped me and my friend (both reservations were made by me, maybe that was confusing for the staff!)
