The location, it was clean, air conditioning. Let you into your room early Bad exchange rate. No hot water. I was on the fifth floor they said I need to move to the second floor for hot water. The coffee was terrible. The fruit juices had too much water. The paper cups in the lobby were too small to make a tea. The light in the room always glowed like a full moon (see photo). You could hear traffic from the rooms. I gave up trying to complain.I was there for a week.

We lovvvvvved this property! This was the highlight of Trujillo. The room was comfortable and super clean, the shower was the best water pressure I think I’ve ever felt in my life, and the breakfast was hot, fresh and replenished well! Super great! We even booked directly to their other property in Lima Miraflores (which was actually a let down in comparison to Trujillo!)

Excellent hotel, excellent taxi service, excellent clean room, good restaurant and room service: it was the best hotel of our stay in Perú: highly recommanded! Excellent price quality! It a 10 minutes drive away from the beautiful Plaza de Armas, but thanks to their excellent taxi service, it’s no problem.

Modern hotel, clean, great staff Why can’t any hotel in Peru have a dang coffee maker or even hot water maker in their room. Though everything else here was great they still didn’t supply an amenity that is standard in the rest of the world.

Great location and room had a nice overall view. Front desk Christian was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she was very nice as well. I’d gladly recommend and would stay there whenever I return to visit Trujillo again.
