The breakfast was great! We felt very welcome since we enter the hotel a very nice young man great us, very helpful and the receptionist too. I like the nice touch of the cookies on the bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet neighbourhood, unusual in Peru

This is a little gem in a very busy town. A place that makes you feel welcome and well cared for. I had read some of the negative comments by some guests, and of course, nothing is perfect but I never felt that the faults were so detrimental that deserved a negative evaluation. The staff never showed any signs of carelessness or rudeness in treating us or other guests. Breakfast was also a nice surprise. The menu changed slightly every day and this made up for the small selection of items. I was happy with this. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Not a hint of displeasure or carelessness in caring for the customers. Overall, this is a place that will not disappoint most people. And if you have read any of my previous reviews, you will see that I am fairly critical and demanding of hotels and restaurants. After all, if you choose to go to a place and are willing to pay and make yourself the recipient of services i you expect will be given to you, then demand those and let them know that you are paying for this. I was not happy that the shower curtain was a tad too short. This caused for the water to fall outside of the shower on to the floor. Whoever installed this was not thinking about this

Well, they didnt have the option to pay with credit card, and if they had, they only can charge in Nuevo Soles, they cant charge in USD, and with currency rate going up and down, that is a mess, because they benefit and charge you more, than what it appears in the web page.

Good location. Quiet - just off the busy street. There was plenty of water pressure - BUT the water was not hot enough!!!! They also charged us much more than the stated prices on Booking.com!!

it was clean when I pay, the final amount was higher than indicated in booking. they used a very high exchange rate.
