They don't have elevator. They don't have elevator. They don't take dollars. They are too far. I rented a 2 bed room, and they said that i only was allowed to use one of the beds and if i wanted to use the second bed there will be extra charges.

Breakfast was great and the bed really comfy. The wifi was functional and the rooms are cleaned daily if you need it. The room is small and feels a bit cramped but it was all I needed for my stay.

The staff were amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated Daniela’s help and advices a lot! My room was clean and after a fantastic breakfast my room had already been made. My room had no real window which was a little bit weird, especially in the mornings. Also, you could hear everything what was going on on the floor and in other rooms…

The place is good and clean If you get a room in third floor you will not sleep and the people preparing the breakfast will wake you up at 4 in the morning every day

Comfy beds, dark room, very friendly staff, good location, and safe neighborhood. I also enjoyed the onsite restaurant. The first two rooms they put me in had broken ACs. There is no onsite laundry. The bathroom had a shared vent, basically the rooms above and below I could hear VERY clearly when in the bathroom.

The suite was below the restaurant and it was extremely noisy. The windows are not thick enough to keep the outside noise out and construction was underway. Staff was rude and very matter of fact. Not accommodating at all. Check out is at noon and not a minute later or you will be charged an extra hour of stay.

Breakfast service, WiFi speed connection, bed comfortability, AC. No elevator. Staff service: they didn't respect Booking prices (they take profit from their own - high - USD/PEN conversion as they want, not official). Don't have private parking, they're considering the street as a private parking because they put a CCTV outside.Is really loud - at least my room. There's no supermarkets, restaurants around - almost everything were 30' away.

Nice large TV, comfortable enough bed, and it was nice to have a bath. Tasty breakfast although the same every day. Allowed us to store our bags when we were getting a night bus. power cut on our first evening for several hours and they would not issue any kind of compensation or refund. We were showed to our room via torch light and then the door was shut on us before we could get our own torch lights out on our phone, plunging us in to darkness. Also due to the power cut the room was very hot and we obviously couldn’t use any of the facilities until way past 9pm. the room was dirty in the corners with hair and dust build up. And everything had a charge from the water in the bathroom to the snacks on the side, and we had to wait for ten minutes at checkout whilst they verified we had no consumed any of it. The total cost came out at £10 more than stated on booking.com with no explanation.

I’ve stayed here before and booked again by accident , desk help is rude and they charge you for every little thing almost make you beg for extra toilet paper! charge you to clean ? and the bathrooms have mold in them . spa tub

Clean hotel with good complimentary breakfast. The room was very small, the door opened only about 60 degrees because has wardrobe closet in the way. The AC LED was very bright and wouldn't turn off so it was bright in the night to sleep. Then there were some kids chatting up with the receptionist at 11 pm for a good hour, he seemed friendly but we were unable to sleep because our room was just there and we could hear everything. Door was not insulated. When the adjacent room used bathrooom more light came from the window, so it wasn't a quiet night for us.

The staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms only have a small window and it is dark. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant.
