Staff very kind, room very comfortable.

Large rooms and room was quiet enough since window the back of the hotel and was not facing the busy front avenue. Enclosed parking available at no charge. Breakfast included too. Location was not very walkable. A bit too far and cumbersome to walk to main plaza of Trujillo. Hotel Parking system depends on other guest moving their cars out of the way so you can take your car out. Took 15 min to get my car out next morning at 7:30 am.

Staff was very friendly. Parking option was important for us. Overall a good experience for a very short stay. Smell from the kitchen was everywhere. It wasn't very unpleasant as we didn't stay long enough.

Clean rooms and friendly staff . Breakfast good Location

The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable spacious beds and powerfull hot shower. Good WiFi. Secure parking. Easy access from main road. The breakfast is very basic and a little bit miserable. The quantities of food on display are minimal and quality is not the main concern. Knowing how cheap and tasty fruits are in Peru there's no excuse for skimping on them. Dogs not allowed in the dining area of a pet friendly hotel doesn't make sense. The neighbourhood feels quite dirty and far from appealing.

All good, comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Nothing in particular

Good price and on a major local bus route and also down the street from Linea bus line. Fairly quiet except for barking dogs. Beds were comfortable, a/c, hot water. Decent breakfast but was served cold every day even first thing in the morning. Dog poop in the stairwell was there for two days.

The hotel is on a very busy street so if your room faces the street it will be noisy.

Hotel as in the pictures, spaceful rooms, great showers, fare breakfast, free parking available and pet friendly. Close to the main square and restaurants, next time will get there on monday to try the Shambra out... Front desk girls no problem, but the man in the afternoon, more smiling would be great, overall excellent! The surroundings were not as neat as they should, but that is not the hotel issue I guess...

It was located near some people we wanted to visit. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot but it was adequate. It was in a very sketchy part of town. They were very stingy with the towels. There were 4 of us and they only gave us 3 towels and there were no hand towels. It was like asking for money when we asked for more towels. It was very hot in our room and they do NOT have hairdryers or access to any. Bring your own! The pillows were the size and volume of a pillow on an airplane. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, especially in the heat.

Breakfast was served at 7am we got there at 7:15 and there was servings enough for one person (buffet style) and we found at least 5 bugs in our cereal/yogurt.

The room was clean The hotel is close to a highway and we were told that the area is not safe. The staff was not particularly friendly and they were not helping concerning vegan options for breakfast. We tried the included breakfast anyway, we didn't arrive late but we only found leftovers.
