Sunrise Zante Hotel - Adults Only

The property is well maintained with beautiful grounds and very comfortable Wasps by the waters edge - some larger hornets but they really didn’t bother sunbathers - just anyone by the edge of the pool

Everything was super clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was exceptionally good, pool area is great - awesome value for price. We had everything we needed and would stay there again. Sometimes the parking lot was full so we had to squeeze or go to a lawn right next to the parking lot to park. Furniture partly worn down, most of which could be fixed easily. At night we heard some noise from the street.

The hotel is a short walk to the busy area of Tsivili and quiet because it’s not right in the middle of the chaos. The staff is amazing!! They contacted taxis for us anytime we needed one, booked a private boat tour for us with an excellent guide & was available for any question or request we had. The hotel manager even provided a ride when the taxi that arrived was too small for all of us! The breakfast is nice varied. We were on the island for a wedding and highly recommend it. The hotel is slightly older, so has some wear and tear that’s expected in an older property.

I liked the personnel, they were friendly. I liked the breakfast, I liked the private pool for the apartment I had. I liked that the property is in a quiet location. I liked that the room had a small coffee machine. I didn't like that the room I had had small stains on the walls and curtain, the paint on the ceiling was peeling off. I didn't like that the drain in the shower is not adequate and the water gets out of the shower.

Overall, the entire staff deserves the highest praise – always smiling, helpful, and communicative, they truly make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing during your vacation. For the staff, I’d give 5 stars without hesitation. The rooms are decent overall, but the beds are definitely a downside – they’re not single beds, they squeak, and move around way too much, which can get annoying when you’re trying to rest. Other than that, the room is fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Another drawback is the Wi-Fi connection: it’s quite weak and only really works properly near the pool or the restaurant. In the rooms, the signal is very poor, almost unusable, which makes it impossible to work or do anything that requires stable internet. It would really help if coverage was improved across the entire hotel area.

Great vibe, popular with no children was such a pleasure. Facilities were great and so was the room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. No matter what we asked for they were only too pleased to assist. Nice parking Can’t think of anything

Nice room with small pool in front. We had early check in. Nice staff. Good breakfast, but not tasty coffee and juice. A lot of water leaking from the shower

First of all the breakfast was really good staff was very friendly, we love our room it was spacious for three people. The room was clean, bed very comfortable.

Hotel was clean, the swimming pool had a very chilled vibe all day. The staff were very nice and helpful ? Hotel was quiet at night time. The aircon was too loud couldn’t sleep with it on, the cleaners turn up too early in the morning would be better if they started at 10am

What a fabulous hotel & staff, they made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. We’ve just got back from a fantastic two weeks holiday, would definitely book here again & recommend to family & friends. We used their taxi service & had the manager pick us up & return us to airport at a very competitive price. Before going on holiday here I messaged the hotel to ask if they could put us in rooms next to each as we went as a family & they did manage to do this. Rooms are very clean as is the hotel with housekeeper in every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food. I would definitely recommend if you have any problems while staying here with anything go to reception as the manager & staff will resolve it to the best of their ability with no fuss. We also had very good recommendations for restaurants from the manager who was always about the hotel to deal with things. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Started the holiday with a lovely welcome from the team at reception and was shown to my room for the week. The room was great, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, great shower facilities and a lovely balcony to relax on in the evenings. The pool area is so well maintained with plenty of sun beds available and the pool bar has a fab selection of drinks and lunch items. Shoutout to all the amazing staff at Sunrise you are all so helpful and welcoming. The hotel is slightly outside the main hub of restaurants but I personally think it was perfect and enjoyed the short walk to the centre. Thank you for a brilliant, relaxing week. Only a small point would be to have a full length mirror in rooms. Maybe improve the furniture in the reception area to give another area for guests to relax if needed and to give a wow first impression. These are only small points and do not take away from how lovely the hotel is.
