Tesoro Hotel Zakynthos

The hotel is clean all around, very centrally located and the staff is lovely! The cleaning wasn’t on par with a 4 star hotel (as advertised) ~ no clean towels, dirty cups left in the room, no hot water. Also the selection of drinks and food left a lot to be desired.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room was large and airy, again spotless Breakfast was great, ate evening meal twice and the selection was varied and well cooked. The team in the restaurant, the bar and the reception could not have been more helpful. Car service super reasonably priced, clean and reliable. Driver Demetris was awesome. I stayed here as my daughter was in Zante General Hospital so I needed a base for a few days so it wasn't your usual stay or trip. It's super convenient for the hospital but also in a nice place and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I honestly can't fault the stay

I was broking my leg on the way to the reception, because they have a bad way to access and the floor was wet from the pool!!! My husband was telling on the reception that I broke my leg and asked for help. The girl was superficial and she didn't help us. Just tells the urgency medical point is on the main street. After four days the manager comes in the hotel and she was surprised about what happen, but she doesn't help me with NOTHING. I asked her for a chair to go at the lunch and dinner, and she said of courses I will bring you. Untill last day when we go home, she doesn't come at all. It was the baddest experience ever from a hotel. I was feeling they want just money and they don t care about people!!! I have to stay 1 month in the bed now for healing my leg and I payed a lot of money for medication. My vacation was destroyed and money goes. I hate them and their hotel!!!!

Best thing was watching the sunrise from the balcony It was modern and in a good location Food was ok Both pools nice No entertainment Only a few staff Staff was quite rude Rooms All very close together Food pretty much the same every day

Good location, walking distance to the beach, friendly staff, you can buy everything you need around the area, close to airport (taxi cost 30€), food is average and unlimited cocktails, they have karaoke night and some programs. 2 swimming pool plus 1 for children. Beautiful view, comfy bed, working AC, regular room service. Just relax and enjoy. This is a 4 star hotel so don’t expect 5star standard. It was a pleasant stay :) No bottled water ready when you arrive in your room. Yes, there is water in the dining room, but you have to go downstairs. We had to go outside to buy water because they said it was not allowed to refill the water bottle from the water station, otherwise you have to stock up on water by taking 10 plastic cups to your room.

The location is very nice. It is 10 minutes walking to the Tsilivi beach which is very nice for families. The swimming pool was clean and nice. I've seen a technician checking the swimming pool water quality at least once during the week we spent there. They organize activities at the pool every day, but for kids. Some of the staff was nice and tried to help. The room was big and suitable for a family (speaking about the size). The most disappointing part was the lack of warm water in the shower (at least for the room 408 which was supposed to be fit to welcome families). The warm water was literally dripping. It was impossible to have a warm shower. Even we talked to the receptionist three times about this and they said that they've sent a technician to check, the problem was not solved and no clear communication about the problem or any workaround were offered. The second down side was that we received already dirty towels in two different mornings. Not all were having clear brown marks on them but two or three.

There was a variety of food and drinks,carefully served.Very nice experience of all inclusive. Some things in termes of furniture were a bit aged and there was no mosquito net or any kind of protection at our room.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were great The pool areas were just so small and cramped.

Good location, close to airport not too far from seafront lots of bars restaurants pubs and shops around. Stuff in a hotel is very friendly and helpful. Pools a bit small. Food range is small but was tasty. Very small maniu for kids! Should be more food added to kids meniu like pizzas

Location, service, facilities Housekeeper stole items, poor level of daily cleaning, broken door lock which was not fixed through 7 days of stay, leaking toilet which was also not fixed within 7 days. Issues with AC. Food was repetitive.

The staff on reception was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady did a great job nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was not always great. .

reception staff were very rude, when I had to complain about the shower not working, they tried to ignore the problem. reception also said there were no spare rooms and then called later that evening saying we could change rooms. but the attitude of the receptionist was awful, I have attempted to complain via email and they have ignored it also.

Natalia receptionist was helpful and nice. Rooms were clean whenever the cleaning staff came at the right time to clean. Endless supply of cocktails. Descent pool area to spend the day. Food was mediocre Staff was unpleasant with few exceptions AC and fridge were too noisy AC doesn't work when you're out of room Cleaning staff doesn't take into account the do not disturb sign, comes straight into the room if you don't respond o a knock. Last but not least the music playlist by the pool was on repeat constantly and changed only when the bartenders change shift which is exactly arlt the same time every day.

Hotel is great located, few meters downhill is promenade with restaurants bars shops. Also there is nearby car and scouter rent service, which is very useful if you want to discover the island. We didnt spend much time at hotel, but we like that everything was new and clean. Food has good taste however if you stay for longer could become a bit boring cause mostly is repeated. Personal was nice too, helped us on requestions. I think hotel has good value for money you paid for it.

It is not a bit hotel but very cozy! really easy to find everything, super clean rooms and great location! Staff is very friendly and always willing to help and recommend great places to go to visit! Lovely stay, definitely will be back here! Thanks a lot for Natalia, she made our stay perfect!
