Location was perfect. The first room we were put in was disgusting - room #1. After we pleaded for a different room we were moved and payed for an upgrade. Well worth every penny. Thanks to the staff for trying hard to help us.
-
Outstanding breakfast buffet. Had everything you wanted and more. Coffee was a little weak. The lunch and dinner buffet had fewer options, and we went out for dinner almost every day.
-
Rooms were not the cleanest and food was horrible.

Close to the beach, delicious food, friendly staff.
-
all the food was normal for buffet type hotel just average the food could have been a little better and the maintenance could have been better

Staff where very good, rooms ok, breakfast Look like end of Season Feel, untidy in parts and looked in need of a brighten up. Beach access poor due to erosion and rocks and lack of beach will effect foot fall of hotel. Food apart from Breakfast lacked imagination and we only used hotel for breakfast The Hotel would be far better going down the B & B route

Location was great. Short walk to town. Direct access to beach although you have to pay for sunbeds! If I were to book again I’d book bed and breakfast. Can’t bear drinking rubbish drinks from a plastic cup I’d much rather pay. All inclusive shouldn’t mean sub standard food and drink ?

Hotel: I stayed at Tsivili Beach Hotel in August 2024 We arrived at the reception at 10 o'clock in the morning, the lady at the reception was friendly but she didn't show us anything, we were given some short and incomplete directions about where the rooms are, the restaurant, etc., the hotel rules say that the accommodation is from 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we were given a room where we could leave our luggage and immediately had access to the pool and bar to enjoy a refreshing drink! Luckily I got the room at 12 noon! I chose a comfort room with a sea view on the 1st floor, a room that did not disappoint, the view is magical! The room was cleaned daily, but only the floors were washed and the household trash was emptied. A minus was that for 7 days the bed sheets were not changed, and due to the heat it would have been necessary! The climate in our room was working fine, it just couldn't be set! It had only one setting, 16 degrees Celsius at maximum air level. Hotel 3/5 ☆ Restaurant/food - The food is...edible! You rarely get anything hot, most of the food is frozen, and the cooking style was ..fried in oil Very repetitive food, and not very diverse very rarely other food was added! The juices, beer and cocktails were mixed with a lot of water! The restaurant itself is organized more like a canteen than a 4-star resort restaurant The staff work hard and deserve all the applause for the work done! Restaurant/Food 3/5☆ Pool/Beach - There are two swimming pools, they are quite clean, they have a shallow water area for children! The problem is with the marble or stone pattern on the floor because it is extremely slippery! There is no shade and it gets extremely hot in the pool area, shades are not for all sunbeds! There are only 7-8 places where there is a little shade but those places are "reserved" by people who leave their towels or other personal things on them! Beach... - The Food - The Beach - Resturant - Room cleaning TOTAL 3/5☆

The food wasn’t good for the price we paid

The property has a decent location, close to the beach and water is clear, this is definitely an advantage. When it comes to advantages, in my opinion that’s pretty much it. Really a lot of things: 1. You have to wake up really early to get a sub bed. 2. The sea is very shallow, you have to walk forever to actually swim. 3. The hotel itself is not great, and definitely not a 4*. The food was not good, limited options for breakfast and lunch and a bit better for dinner. The quality of food was not that good and snacks were really bad and limited.

Great food with lots of choice- loved the Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts and fresh pancakes every morning! Lots of meat and veg options available for lunch and dinner and melon and watermelon for all meals. Snack bar availability was welcomed too! And the water fountains were so nice to have! The hotel should aim to offer more umbrellas or shaded space. Fresh orange juice would have been great! All juices were not fresh.
