On the beach - good location. Seaview room Subbeds could be updated or even supply cushions for the top like the beds you have to pay for on the grass area and the beach! Guests should not be allowed to put towel out around the sundress at 8am when the pool doesn’t open until 9am !!!!!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days at Phoenix Beach Hotel. We had a very good experience . The room was spacious, a comfortable bed, spacious toilets, and an incredible view. The WiFi worked great. The sea view with the palm trees and the birds nesting in the palm trees Singing all day.... was incredible. You really can't get enough of the view. Staff was polite, and we had cleaning every day. Free breakfast is a good edition to have . There is plenty of storage in the room, and the safe works fine . They also provided toiletries and clean towels daily. There are a lot of restaurants and entertainment in a short walk from the hotel. The sun beds are free near the pool, €25 on the grass, and €35 near the beach. The beach has beautiful waters as well. Sandy shallow waters, blue/green colours. Very clean and clear waters. Breakfast was not very nice, I think the pastry wasn't fresh, so I doubt the freshness of other food as well. We only ate twice and mainly boiled eggs and some coffee as the rest wasn't appealing . When you take a shower, water will spread all over the toilet, and it doesn't dry up during the day... so walking around gets very uncomfortable. I asked for a mop, but they didn't provide one. Instead, a cleaner moped it when we were out, and we were provided more towels. It was fine afterwards. Noise in the morning from other people and from staff cleaning the sand in the bar can wake you up rather early, so I would suggest keeping all windows closed and being prepared mentally. They must improve their food service, their reviews online aren't good, and photos not appealing, which is a shame as it put us off from eating there. Even in lazy days, we had to go out and try to find a decent place to eat, so... Please improve. I think the hotel must make all sun beds free for hotel guests... it is common practice for sun beds in the hotel and in front of it to be free for guests, so I don't understand the charging in this case. Quite odd.

Location was perfect. The view from the balcony was worthwhile Ac could have been colder. I prefer an icebox

Breakfast was mediocre/not much choice. Hotel location is good I was old beach sun beds were free for guests on the beach but was charged 20 euro because I was on the wrong side of the boardwalk, as I was settled and had purchased drinks at the hotel, I decided to pay for the sun bed. When I returned to my sun bed, my drinks had been thrown away by a staff member

The room and the sea view were perfect. Housekeeping excellent. Air conditioning excellent. The sunbeds by the pool were for the guests for free. But the ones on the property on the grass they charged 15 eur for. I think all sunbeds on the property should be included for guests. I understand that the ones on the beach are extra but not on the property itself.

Great location. Lovely friendly staff. Really good food. Sumbeds being used by people not staying at hotel so not always easy to get a free bed.

A great beachside hotel, with big rooms, a pool, a bar, and great staff. I appreciate that they change the towels and clean the floor of the room every day. Breakfast was good, with an option to eat outdoors. The staff is amazing, they made our stay wonderful, love them! An amazing stay, will come again! Breakfast was great, I would just like it to have some Greek surprise breakfast option, so that it's a bit different each day, a small thing.

The whole experience was great. A little noisy early in the morning when other guests were returning to their rooms. Maybe some signs asking people to be quieter after 11pm??

The pool was great and location on the beach was very handy. Not enough sunbeds around the pool which were free for hotel guests so some hotel guests had to pay for sunbeds on the grass or on the beach. Very unfair.

Great location, room was decent size with an outdoor patio and great air conditioning. Outdoor space was great inclduding beach, grass area and patio. The breakfast was just ok. Coffee wasn't great and the bread was sliced bread like wonder bread. Pastries were marginal.
