Iakinthos Tsilivi Beach

Stunning property right on the beach wiry excellent sea views. Staff can’t do enough for you. Bed was uncomfortable but said it to reception and that resolved it immediately (hard Veda are normal in Greece apparently)

I loved it was directly on the beach, had a lovely pool, nice breakfast and the kindest staff!!! I was traveling solo and missed the yoga class one morning due to a late night the previous evening. Athina called to check on me to make sure I was ok! She was so thoughtful and kind!! Really enjoyed my stay!

Amazing hotel. Right on the beach front. Rooms are very spacious and immaculate, they were cleaned spotless ever day. The food at the hotel is absolutely incredible. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back at this hotel. It is perfect location with short walk to restaurants and shops.

Access to beach and free sun chairs is great, pool is nice. View is great. Staff were super helpful and very sweet with the 2 babies we had in the big family holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was superb and Food was delicious with very big portions - exceptional value. Location is great and walking distance to shops and other restaurants.

Exceptional

All members of personnel were extremely kind and available, the room we had was big, with nice seaview, and very comfortable bed. The Jacuzzi on the terrace was just perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area, although small, was calm and nice. I would definitely like to come back. The gym was very tiny and with no windows. It was a bit complicated to regulate the temperature of the Jacuzzi on the terrace.

It has a very nice location, right at the beach and close to town center. Rooms are very spacious. The breakfast buffet is quite good as well. We asked for 1 hour late check out (noon) and turned down immediately by the receptionist. The cleaning lady knocked our door very rudely at 11 am. Staff could be much politer.

Excellent stay. I believe those are the factors that contributed to our outstanding experience. Facilities - modern and great, proximity to the beach, relaxing atmosphere, great mood, you feel welcomed there. Last but not least - the staff. Particularly Emma, the lady from the continental Greece. She took care of us in an exceptional way, she was a brilliant example of what customer care is about. She deserves a great salary raise for she is one of the main reasons people would go back to this hotel - believe me, I have been travelling a lot and seen good and nas examples of customer service and what hospitality is about. But also the entire staff was great and made our comeback to Greece (last time for me 2009) and the first time for our kids a great experience. You were fully booked (for a good reason!) and we could only stay three days. Breakfast - more veggies would be nice, breakfast was good but some more tomatoes and other green stuff would do the job.
