One of the best places in Zakynthos!

We were blown away by Venus Resort! The beds were comfy, the shower had absolutely great water pressure and breakfast was perfect! What topped it off for us were the staff - the owner, front desk and the staff at the beach bar went above and beyond to accomodate for us and were so friendly to chat to. We’ll come back when we visit Zakinthos again! Rooms are slightly small for two people with big lugagges, but this is expected at other hotels for big trips!

The breakfast was superb, the venue including the rooms were modern, very well equipped and super comfortable. The staff were all amazing and especially Fotini at reception and Christos and all the staff at the beach bar. The lady who cleans the rooms was a honey. The beach at Venus resort was paradise. Location location location! Right on the beach. Delicious food. Super helpful staff. Needed more storage in the rooms. Draws etc. Breakfast options were a touch limited.

Amasing location very near to the beach,balcony in front of which even tomatoes grow!Sandy clean beach,nice sunbeds with umbrellas carefully arranged beside the cozy bar with music and very kind staff especially Christos and two very nice girls.Breakfast served there was excellent various and generous-in front of the sea! The room facilities were modern,comfortable beds,good air conditioning,fresh sheets towels ,cleaning every day with kind staff. Above all thanks to the most kind,friendly and helping person Foteini.She gave us all necessary informations and tips ,find a very good local car rental for us and did everything to make our stay really special!We are coming again next year for sure. We only missed a wardrobe for the clothes that cannot be hanged

Location, helpful staff Room not very practical, no storage space to unpack properly, sink in room not where one would expect, bit weird. Mind numbing drum and base music played loudly through the day

The lady at reception is wonderful and the cleaner is top class. Both very friendly and kind. Room was exceptionally clean every day. Can't fault them. The beach bar staff were not very attentive and food took a long time to appear. They didn't seem too phased about being questioned on it either. It's a pity as the location is amazing. Just lacks a bit of polish to make it wonderful.

On the beach. Fairlt close to restaurants and bars. Clean room. Very small room. Only cold water for first 24 hours - didn't seem like it was the first or last time the apartment would be without hot water. Breakfast repetitive, was good but boring after a couple of days. WiFi - wouldn't connect unless I was stood outside the door - reception didn't tell us that they had changed the password two days before we was due to leave which meant we didn't have WiFi at all. Reception is definitely not 24 hours - 10am until 6pm. On site restaurant and bars shut most of the time - open when they feel like it.

We had a fantastic time at Venus. Great resort straight on an amazing clean beach. All personel working at Venus is very professional and always smiling offering the greatest service. Special thanks to Dimitra at the reception, Spiridula and Marius at the bar and the cleaning lady, who was getting daily care of our room. Zante is a magical place and Venus contributed to be one of the best vacation we ever had. Thanks all and see you soon! The storage space in the room was the only thing that could be eventually improved.

The lady at reception told as very helpful and provided us with restaurant and beach recommendations. The accommodation was well maintained and in a fantastic location. would highly recommend! breakfast was great! walk to town! loved the round bed!
