The beach is not as close to the hotel as described in the property information, which was misleading when making our reservation\. We booked and paid extra for a Pool View room, paying approximately €200 more than our friends who traveled with us\. However, upon arrival, we were not given the room category we had reserved\. Surprisingly, our friends, who had booked Garden View rooms, were upgraded to Pool View rooms, while we did not receive the room we had paid for\. After several complaints, the hotel finally changed our room\. Although the new room had a pool view, it was very old and poorly maintained\. The furniture was outdated and unstable, and some items appeared close to falling apart\. Water leaked from the shower cabin every time it was used, leaving the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable to use\. There were also many mosquitoes in and around the room\. Overall, the hotel did not match its description, and the quality of the room was far below our expectations\. Considering the extra amount we paid for a Pool View room, we feel that the value for money was very poor and that the hotel failed to provide the accommodation we had booked and paid for\.

As for the accommodation, the rooms were clean enough – decent and tidy, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the resort has a great atmosphere and, thanks to the excellent food and staff, we had a superb stay. Highly recommend!
