There was a playground that nobody ever mentioned and we found it on the last day of our stay. They should put some signs or tell visitors so their kids can go play :)

Very small gym, spa services are scarce due to minimal staff. Too many guests could not be accommodated. Overpriced transfer/ride services. We ended up using an outside service for much lower price.

Staff of the hotel were very good. I liked their hospitality By no means I found this property as 5 star property. The location of the hotel was bit far from the main place, no event planned for guest or any activity. So I didn’t find the worth for the money which I paid.

The person checking is in was a slow acting person. She need to move faster and conduct her self faster. Why too slow.

Room was very clean , comfortable, great breakfast and options available . The pool is amazing and the space around the pool. Being in this resort makes you feel pampered . The resort is not on the beach , but is short distance walking.

beautiful hotel was just perfect for my birthday stay. great location near beach Staff was very welcoming and friendly. loved that get spa to yourself also. Definitely will be coming back to stay ????? just that we didn’t have two twin beds for each persons. but double bed was so comfortable

Exceptional

Every day, there was an extensive breakfast buffet. Additionally, there was the option to order cappuccinos (besides coffee, tea, and cold drinks). I have to admit that I sometimes found the breakfast a bit monotonous and repetitive. Some items were displayed with the buffet one day and not the next (like the baklava, which I found disappointing). Overall, we had a decent breakfast, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety, apart from the unhealthy options like beans, bacon, etc. I had requested a quiet room well in advance in the special requests section. Upon arrival, we discovered that we had been placed in a connecting room, which meant we could hear everything our neighbors were doing (especially when they were being intimate, which we found quite uncomfortable). We brought this to the reception's attention, and the issue was resolved. The staff exceeded our expectations by giving us a very spacious and quiet room, but we did have to stay in the original room for two nights before this could be arranged.

Slightly dated rooms and all rooms don’t have shower, just a jetted tub, no shower curtain or barrier, dealbreaker for us. Hotel needs updating.

Lovely polite and helpful staff, great location. They say they have a Sun lounger policy that guests who put towels on Sun beds will have them removed if the lounger isn’t used within 90 mins, but it’s not enforced. We saw Sun loungers with towels on then but no one using them until 2pm, while guests who couldn’t find any had to leave the hotel to go to the beach. We complained to the front desk about this but nothing was done…. If the hotel enforced it the practice of people throwing towels on Sun beds at 8am would stop…. Only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 10.

Pool, dinner and breakfast were good. The room was so noisy. Music until eleven at night. If I had wanted to go to a discotheque, I would have gone to one. Not what you really want on your vacation. The manager kindly changed our room after several nights of noise.

The pool area is good, breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was good. We didn’t get the room we ordered, and had to complain in order to get it. Most of the spa facilities did not work, including the jacuzzi and warm pool.

Friendly service. comfy bed and good sized room. Good location to the beach. Pool area was clean, nice sunbeds at adult pool. Very disappointed no shower, only a bath in the room. This was incorrectly marketed as showers were shown in the photos. The team said someone was going to come and put up an attachment so we could stand but this never happened.

Great staff. Good location near the beach. Good pool. Not a 5 star breakfast. Small room. This is a good 4 star hotel. Not good value for money. Too expensive for what it offers.

The staff, food and pool were awesome we expected a 5 star stay for 300€/day, but we got an average 4 star. The staff, food and pool were awesome, but the maintenance of the rooms, reception and bar area was subpar. Pricy cocktails at the bar (avg 15€), all services incurred costs, not a free minibar, pricy spa, pricy dinners (min 40€/person), standard toiletries. There is no free/private beach area for the hotel.

The Breakfast was really good. Also the staff was very nice. Nice pool and nice view from the room. Also nice lobby. For a five star hotel I thought some things could be better, especially in our bathroom the bathtub was clogged. The shower head was also dirty, with green deposits, the shower tap on the sink was dirty and when opened it always hit the mirror hard, no matter how carefully you open it. There was no space between the bath tap and the mirror. For a five-star hotel, the toilet could have been cleaner and rust-free.
