Hosts were very welcoming apartment was clean and spotless On top floor found steps a bit steep but that’s just me being a bit older would definitely stay again on ground floor couldn’t fault the apartment and pool

It was very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest resort. A lovely view of Tsilivi from our room. The owners were very helpful and friendly

Yanna Studios is perfectly located on a small hill - amazing view (from the top floor) on the town and the sea. Quiet location, restaurants and shops are very close. About 15 minutes walk to the beach. It is a family run studio, very friendly and helpful owners. Nice pool area within a small garden. The light from the corridor outside is shining through the glass door into the room. This is a bit disturbing.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect- very peaceful but only a few minutes walk to bars, shops and restaurants. The pool area is immaculate, lovely views and very relaxing and quiet.

+ easy to find the accommodation + no extra fees on top of Booking price + only 7km away from the airport (taxi 25€) + There are 2 buildings – new and an old one, we were lucky to be in the new one + big outdoor pool with clean and warm water, free beach chairs and sun umbrellas + modern shower with high pressure water + mini kitchen with a kettle and a coffee machine, 2 plates + AC working with a remote control + small TV + some kind of WiFi even though unstable + housekeeping lady was nice and gave us free olives + private terrace with a nice sea view + The accommodation is further from the busy roads so it is quiet + Everything in the studio was brand new, the entire building was finished in 2024 Attractions nearby: Zakynthos island has an outstanding weather for vacations, always sunny and no clouds, let alone rain whatsoever. Within 10 minutes of walk, there are at least 50 restaurants and clubs, so a lot to choose from. + Tsilivi beach (1km away from the accommodation; sandy beach with occasional annoying stones) (good thing is that the water is shallow long way into the sea, so it is not crowded) (generally warm and clean water, much warmer than in Croatia, we liked it) (there are life guards during the day; the public shower did not work; the toilet was dirty) + Water park Zante Water Village (18 € if you stay “half day“ 14:30-17:00) (most slides are average; I only enjoyed one of them) (the food is bad; bring your own and hide it at the entrance) (It was OK but I would only recommend to go if you are really bored or don’t care about the money) + Restaurant Anna’s kitchen (became our favorite restaurant, about 15 minutes away, further from busy roads, quiet, polite waitresses, the change was given back right away, no scam) (Greek Pizza 14€; Milkshake 6€; Beer big draught 5,50€) + Zanteway scooter rentals (The office is 1 km away) (Road scooter for 2 people = 30€ per day) (The scooter rental was the best thing we did on the island, highly recommend) - One of the 2 managers (the guy) was a bit rude the entire time, we nicknamed him “Prison Guard” - You better set the AC to the exact temperature that Prison Guard prefers or he will tell you that you can leave if you don’t like it - We were 2 people but we only got 1 bed blanket. The Prison Guard insisted that if it is 1 double bed, we can only have 1 blanket. It is a mystery why we had 2 pillows with his logic. In the end, the housekeeping lady got us another blanket though so we were happy. - No stove in the kitchen, no possibility to cook - Hot water in the shower is over 80°C – no problem for me but could be dangerous - We locked the bathroom by accident and it was not possible to open without a key – of course only the Prison Guard has the key - Accommodation is up hill – no problem for me but could be a problem for older people - There are 2 buildings in this accommodation (very old one and brand new one), not sure if it is differentiated on Booking. If you get to go into the old building, the experience will be obviously not as good Negatives nearby: - Skin burn on the island if you don’t wear sun cream, you have been warned - Horse drawn carriages are a scam, they promise 30 minutes and really do 10 - No/few pathways for pedestrians, so you need to share roads with trucks, scooters, quads - Noise from quads and scooters everywhere - Tourist roads are OK but further on the island, there is garbage everywhere

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds and these are changed every few day. Pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, more available if required. Yanna and Yannis were great hosts, Yanna made us smile every day with our chats. It wasn't a problem for us but less mobile may struggle with the short steep hill to the accommodation. There was nothing not to like.
