This place has potential. I understand it is a budget hotel, but there were a number of issues that I think are inexcusable. First, the hotel floor in my room was dirty. My feet were black and I had to wear shoes the whole time. I had to physically clean my feet in the tub. Second, there were bugs everywhere, including cockroaches. Third, there was never hot water in the shower for both day I was there. Fourth, there was no shampoo or conditioner. I was told they were waiting for a truck. These are "things" that the hotel management could easily address; for example: the floor needs to be mopped too, not just swept. The floor wasn't dirty with crumbs or anything like that, it was just unmopped pretty badly. Go to Home Depot and Lowe's, buy some bug spray, and spray the rooms. I gave the hotel 3 stars because of the staff and people. The staff were always so pleasant and nice. And the people staying at the hotel were also always nice too. I hope y'all will take this critique and make some really cheap changes to make the place better. I can share pictures of the floor (my feet specifically) and roaches.

I'm a parapalegic they said there elevator is broke and they sold my room The staff didn't know how to contact booking.com I had to figure it out. I had to sleep outside

I was moved to a different room because of broken ac unit. The new room was 90% better than the first!

Nothing No microwave in certain rooms, the workers are trash and they never provide cleaning services unless u are checking out

It was cheap, helped me with what I needed, my only issue was the room could have been cleaned better. If I didn't have other guests trying to talk to me everytime I was going to my car, asking me for things or getting unnecessarily close, I would probably stay again if I needed to visit.

Site says remodeling but remodeling where. A/C unit has no working knobs bathroom horrible. Switched about 4 rooms till I just said forget it
