The staff are all helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great! We have everything we need and look forward to our next stay!
-
Well there is a pool and jacuzzi, however I did not get the opportunity this time to use them. The breakfast is good for such a reasonably priced hotel. Free parking, free wi-fi and a very convenient location for us. And the staff have always been friendly.

Smooth check in, very comfortable room and the bed was excellent. Friendly staff all areas and enjoyed both the breakfast and the fitness center. We will stay here again.

This is our second stay here. The rooms are clean, outside seating area/courtyard is nice, breakfast is good, staff is helpful. Location is somewhat weird at edge of semi-abandoned shopping mall.

Breakfast was decent

The establishment is quaint but a bit dated. Clean & well-managed. The breakfast was very good. The pool & hot tub could have used a little attention. The beds were very comfy. Upon check out, the manager said he was new & the hotel was getting updated.

Room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful.

We were a little unsure at first because the outside and the location didn’t give the best impression. But once we walked in to check in, it felt like we were suddenly transported into a Spanish casita. The courtyards are beautiful, quiet spaces that make the whole place feel peaceful. The pool was nice…more shade would be great, but overall it was pleasant. Our room was clean and tidy, though the tub really needs to be replaced due to chipping and rust stains. The continental breakfast was good, but they had two separate waffle makers and the line was so long that I never got a chance to try them. My only suggestion would be to reorganize the breakfast area so it flows better and people aren’t constantly stepping around each other.Overall, this is a cute little gem. Definitely don’t judge it by the outside appearance.

Breakfast was superb. Room very comfortable. Nice TV setup. Plenty of parking. Easy to find the location for a first time visitor to Tucson. All was good.

I didn’t have any bacon

Very nice property. My Husband and I was on here for a few days but the staff was always helpful and the property was very clean. I would stay again.
-
Hotel was solid. Very standard comfort in, it was far from wowing but it did the job and was very pleased. Would comfortable stay there again. The only thing was the parking lot was being redone and I had stuff in my truck that I couldn’t lockdown, and so being in a a retail parking lot was a little scary, but nothing was stolen. Just unlucky for the time I stayed there!

Over all great experience. Will visit again
-
The morning breakfast was decent They had order with lemon available during the day Customer service was amazing at the front desk Now a fan of the location or the view from outside our windows
-
From check-in to check-out the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Just make sure you have quarters if you need to use the laundry room.
-
The hotel is beautiful inside. The staff are super attentive, and the front desk is second to none. The breakfast setup, while offering much The same foods as other hotels, has an open ceiling( no roof)indoor court on the second level that oversees the pool and gives of a very Mediterranean feel. First class hotel all the way. Leaving...

Exceptional

I the property was convenient to the freeway. I would have liked more grass or an area fenced off for dogs.
-
Considering all this, and what they are charging for it compared to other places, is really what makes this place shine. Great value!
