Nice Hotel, nice gym, nice pool beside the gym. No Bar, it was closed. No continental breakfast. Restaurant (s) are attached to hotel. Small store at the end of the hotels parking lot. Staff were helpful.

We loved it! We got married there 16 years ago and decided to stay a night to celebrate our anniversary! They gave us a free upgrade to a king suite in the tower! It was more than we needed! Black mold in the corners of the showers! I know it's hard to get rid of once it starts, but I did not expect to see it.

Although room was clean, found dead roaches

The facility was like a motel not a hotel. My niece and sister did not feel safe and checked out and we to a safer hotel. The motel 6 vibe.

Parking was easy and free. The bed was comfortable. Lots of towels. The room ac was very loud and never turned off. It was either freezing or you had to shut down the unit. The water pressure was terrible and the shower head was so filled with hard water it barely sprayed. We paid for breakfast. They said that since it was slow season you had to order from a sit down menu. On the face of it, that sounds great. When we got to the restaurant, we were told we can only order one entre and one drink. We had to ask for cookies and unless you were a Hilton honors member there was no wifi. They also tried to charge us $3 for a bottle of water that was in our room. No more Doubletree for me.

The room was moldy smelling, and th A/C didn't keep the room very cool.

First, the image of the property was a modern tower. Once you got there, you realize that there is a tower and also an older part of the complex that's behind the tower. Our room happen to be in the back complex that was clearly 30 or 40 years old. Then we checked in at 10 pm ish. The outside air was about 80-85 degrees. The hotel room was about the same. We tried to set the temperature to like 70 to get the room to cool down. By 1:30 am, the temp was maybe 2-3 degrees cooler and my baby would not stay asleep because he was sweating. Finally, after dealing with him for an hour as he cried, we packed up and checked out at 2:30am and found a new hotel that had working AC. $150 for 4 hours of hell. That doesn't even count the extra cost of a new hotel room now.
