We planned this staycation for my husband and my 31st anniversary. We included having my autistic 6 yo grandson so that he may enjoy the pool nd waterslide along with other amenities offered. Check in is 4 , we arrived slightly after 5 .. all pools CLOSED. One did open after 6 ( waterslide and children's area closed) Of course he was upset. We were allowed to swim in the large.. over crowed pool for a little while before we were rained out. Totally understand that the weather is unpredictable especially this time of year. We waited until the next day and tired to get a swim in with him before we had to check out. We went to waterslide area and because he was wearing a vest he wasnt allowed to use slide... Hes over the height requirement and can stand in the water but wasnt allowed. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement.. and an expensive one. When I told the staff i was meet with an oh, sorry. Never again. Not kid/autisms friendly.

Amazing stay. The computers were down when we checked in but the staff worked hard to get everyone checked in and in their rooms manually. The pool was amazing, food was excellent.

Well kept Our room was low/out of shampoo and conditioner. Knowing we had kids with us, it would have been nice to have rooms next to each other.

We LOVED our stay. Staff was great, check in was simple and the stay was one to remember. The views were absolutely beautiful….

The property was located wonderfully for a desert atmosphere, however, very hot with all the concrete.

Nice overall stay but definitely a little older of a location. The restaurants onsite were not that great. It was also disappointing that the adult only pool doesn't have bar service.

This was a beautiful property. It’s just an old property. The rooms are showing their age, but they were clean. The location is wonderful at the base of the mountains. The grounds are very nice. The pools were well kept.

It was a very nice hotel but a little confusing to find your building and room at night, no lights. Parking at night is very bad. Not enough spaces and may have to park down the hill. The only other issue was the surface around the pool. It gets very hot and when you get out of the pool have a pair of sandals ready.

Property was beautiful; great views I had to ask housekeeping to clean our room multiple times and still never cleaned just made bed once out of the 3 nights we were there. Very disappointed given the price

Pool staff was rude especially the girl with the boy hair cut Monday morning. Buffet room smelled bad food was horrible only one cable channel available for the price of the room you should have more to offer in the room roof on property looked horrible tile can fall and hit someone on the head. $50 for a buffet horrible service and expensive
