After staying in other areas in Tucson this was by far much better. It was clean and in nice location. The staff was helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great too!

The view Carpet was dirty, I have a 1 yr old who loves to walk around she was putting old fruit loops in her mouth we even found nails trimmed off in the floor where she was playing it was disgusting, trash was full we were a big group therefore we used a lot of trash and it was kept in the room, the grossest part was the carpet

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast.

The entire experience was horrible. It took over 2and half hours to get checked in. I ended up paying over 300 for one night. Staff was rude when she was struggling and we asked to speak to a supervisor and or manager was told we only have her to work with no one else was on shift. We had to call expedia support and she argued with them as well and was going to refuse to allow us to check in after showing the two payment recipts etc. We most likely will never return to this property. Still do not understand why I was charged so much when the first charge was the total per expedia for 116 and some change.

Everything was great just needs better cleaning. Bathroom sink smelled bad probably needs cleaning.

The breakfast was really great. The kids enjoyed all the options that were available. The only downfall was that they have only one luggage cart. Luckily, we found it on another floor that somebody forgot to bring it back to the lobby.
